It is extremely simple and everything is easy to follow. The staff are very courteous and helpful. There a bus driver issue on this occasion we were well informed and everyone was very calm. The issue was resolved within a few minutes and we were on our way. Thank you

It is excellent car park. All most everything is automatic with high technology, clearly noted, with only one staff on site to help.

Bus's was in time on both journeys. Was only 10 mins away. Would defo use again !!

The staff were on hand to help on arrival. On my return my battery was flat, within 5 minutes my car was started and me on my way. The cheapest quote on possibly the best car park.

My car was dropped off quickly, the customer service rep, quickly showed me where to drop my keys. Took me 5 minutes to drop my car off, and literally 5 minutes to collect. Was completely hassle free.

when we got back to pick up point there was a dis-orderly queue we got in line and waited for our turn to board the bus, it was pretty obvious that there were more people than the bus could carry. So while we had waited with several other passengers for some considerable time, other people just walk up and pushed in. subsequently we had to wait until another bus was sent from the yard. The company must know how many people are due in, and therefore arrange appropriate transport to suit

will definitely use it again, and probably use the valet service too. easy to use, no hastle whatsoever, telling me the location of my car is great. couldn't reach the scanner from car window when leaving was only minor problem.

Very efficient service from booking in till return of car . We were a late glight home and did not have to wait too long for a bus to air parks and very efficient service picking up car keys an exiting the car park.

Helpful staff, left much of personal belongings in the car and nothing has been touched. Easy access to the car park and quick transport to the airport. Relatively cheap price and definitely worth its value.

Car park is big and well maintained, everything went pretty quick, the only bad thing was the key dispenser - car park staff needed to give me and some other people our car keys manually, because the machine got stuck. Probably will use the Airparks in the future.

Disappointed with the amount of time before a bus arrived to pick us up from airport and with the cost compared to Birmingham. All staff were very helpful though.

Best price available very pleasant handover. Booked the meet and greet at handover - seemed rather hectic on arrival at Luton but pleasantly surprised when it wasn't a long wait. Thank you.

We arrived at the parking at 4am. The journey from the M! seemed long and slow involving country roads and several junctions. The lighting at the park was very dim and it was difficult to see what to do but a member of staff helped us use the automated check in. The bus came about 15 minutes later and the transfer was OK but took a long time. On return at about midnight we just missed a bus and waited about 20 minutes. The journey to the park seemed even slower and longer. We then went to collect our keys from the automated box. The two people in front of us used it and it crashed and would not release their keys. We waited about 20 minutes for it to be fixed before we could get our car keys. The automated display showed where our car was but the lighting was so dim it was not easy to find. On the way out the other cars were parked so that we had to be very careful to avoid them in the dark. When we got to the barrier the gate could only be opened with the tag on our keys and I had to remove the keys from the ignition to do this then start the car again as I could not snap the string on the tag. There was then a few miles of country lanes before we got to the M1. I was not pleased with the whole experience. It would appear that they wish to automate the whole system when a member of staff handing out keys would have worked just as well.

Slightly complicated drop-off process including leaving keys so that they can move your car to parking place, but staff on hand to guide you through process. Transfer to/from airport a reasonably quick 10 minutes as bus happened to be waiting, but potentially longer if bus not there and traffic heavier due to rush-hours.
