Easy to find, easy to drop off, easy to get to airport and return. Car was easy to locate on return and back on the road home within 5 minutes of arrival. Good experience will use again

good value for money ! bad points is that they drop and pick you up far away from the main terminal and also on your way back you have walk with your suitcases to your car on a car park wich is not tarmaced its gravel so its not very easy with big heavy suitcases !

We had no problem at all, a good value of money for 5 days parking. It was a smooth sailing service, highly recommended.

I was abit apprehensive about using Airparks due to the great price! Usually you don't get such great value for money and great service. I was very impressed with the whole system, helpful friendly staff, and regular bus shuttles. Stepped off of the plane onto a Air Parks bus. Brilliant all round service.

First time using the carpark. I found the staff on hand to be extremely helpful, and efficient. Made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely use Airparks again.

From the moment we arrived at the car park, friendly staff assisted us with the paperwork (via an e-screen for car keys deposit) and directed us to the covered waiting area for the bus. The driver was courteous and effecient and we waited for less than 10 minutes for our transfer each way. We use Airparks all the time and would not hesitate to recommend it.

First time I have done this at Luton and found the car park with no problems. Simple process from start to finish!

Easy to book and straight forward booking in, only waited for 10mins for pick up. Coming back was so much quicker, we arrived back very late but the bus was with us within 5mins, at the Airparks we were met by a very helpful and friendly member of staff who gave us our keys to our car and on our way we went.

Fairly easy to find the car park. Staff was most helpful and the place was nice and well organised.

It was the first time when we left our car in a car park for a long time. It was a very pleasant experience, the personal was very helpful and I felt my car in secure. Thank You !!! :)

An affordable convenient way to park your car whilst you go away. The whole experience was completely painless which is paramount when you have just finished your holiday.

Buses ride often, the parking men are clean, so there is no mess on the carpets or seats, easy to get to. The bus stop at the airport could be marked better.

I use this car park as probably best value for money if long stay I understand that there are a lot of customers, but especially direct contact staff should be more friendly.

No problems on arrival people very helpful and the same when we got back very straight forward. Very happy with Airparks

very good parking, very good price for the quality. I'm sure I will come back.

Used second time with no problems and best price available. Distance from airport to carpark is about 10 min but because of road works my return took 1:30.

Everything is great, the only thing I could point out is the transfer takes a bit too long (more or less 13 minutes, with a bus every 20 minutes) but it is very well organized.

Must do something to increase the conditions in the bus waiting area/space.
