Very good service, good value for money, well organised transfer to/from terminal, very well marked so you can see their adv. is in visible place so no issues with confused GPS. Well done on your service, keep on it.

Friendly staff, quick service, good price. Only bad thing was that in rainy weather there is lot of water on the car park. My car was parked in big splash so my shoes get wet.

We have used Luton Airparks several times and always find it easy to leave our car.

I use AirParks very often, every 2 weeks. Over last few months the level of service deteriorated heavily. The Wifi service rarely works, even the employees admit that this is an issue but nothing seems to be improved over past 2 months. The bus leaves every 20 mins, that is at full hour, 20mins past and 40 mins past the hour. However, it happened to me a few times that I was there on time, only to see that the bus left 2 minutes before, confirmed by one of people who worked there. Two weeks later I asked the bus driver to depart at scheduled time and WAIT for me, but again, the bus left before I managed to throw the keys into the box and get onboard. Again, his colleagues admitted that he left before the scheduled time but the bus was gone, nothing they could do about it. Apart from that, it is a decent car park, nothing fancy. The neighbouring car park, not as big as Airparks, has free coffee and tea service, though.

Used Airparks several times in last 4 years. Professional organisation. On one occasion I had cause to complain (car had been parked under a tree and was dusty with leaves on). Compensation and apology was quickly offered. Will use again without hesitation.

Even better service now that the process has been automated for check-in, it means that there is hardly ever a queue. Transfers run regularly and are quick and efficient. Really exceptional value and service for the money.

Overall good, transfers could be more often and are some what overcrowded. Also if you adding an extra day or so which could have been a mistake when you are being charged extortionately. That is not right and does make to rethink when booking next time!

A very smooth and efficient setup at the car park but you could have to wait for up to 20 mins waiting for a transfer bus either at the car park or at the airport. It's frustrating when you see one just drive off! That said, it's pretty good value for money.

Good service. All mechanised so inevitably not everything worked.However,we got through it all with the minimum amount of fuss.Make sure to leave at least 45mins for checking in and getting to the airport.

It was the first time I used airparks, and I will use it again as they offer very good service for reasonable price.

Easy to find off the M1, transfers very efficient. Drop off and pick up of the car very easy and well organised. The car was safe and it was very good value for money. We have used them before, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Unlikely to use again, waited over 30 mins for transfer back, loads of people waiting and no one cared, very poor

Leaving the keys went very quickly, the bus came to pick us up quickly as well. Picking up the keys went well and our car was in a safe place. All in all I would recommend it.

I've never used an offsite car park before, but thought I'd try it - and I was amazed! The bus service was so regular, it was really no more trouble than parking on site - and a fraction of the price. I'll certainly use Airparks again.
