Clear directions and easy drop off with no queues. Early Saturday am. Lots of staff helping on computerised checkin. Car not damaged and see this as the same as anywhere else in luton.

The service upon arrival was very prompt and the staff helped us through the logging of our car and keys. Unfortunately I lost my ticket whilst on holiday and the staff were able to efficiently sort out a replacement when we got back to the park. With a simple scan, my keys were released and I was on my way home within minutes. Plenty of staff to help out and all were friendly, particularly the singing bus driver who was very jolly. The price didn't even come close to the service we received and would have paid triple for the excellent service we got!!! 10/10 :-)

Easy to book, easy to find, gr8 value for money. Staff are on hand to help if necessary, but its all so easy; nice to know they are there tho! FANTASTIC, would recommend to anyone.

The price was good, but returning at 1.30am, it seemed ill lit and no staff on duty apart from the bus driver. Many people had difficulty with the ticket exit, which delayed everyone.

Practical arrangements for parking were much changed since the time of my first use of the Air Parks Slip Road facility several years ago. I found the revised practical set up simple to understand and was on transport to the airport within 10 minutes after arriving at the car park site.

We were very pleased with the drop off and transfer to the airport by bus. We were asked if we would like to have the car delivered to us at the airport, when we returned from our holiday, for the small fee of £25, which we chose to do. Unfortunately this was a disaster, we rang as instructed as soon as we had collected our baggage and was told the driver was on his way. After 30 mins of waiting, I had to ring again, the customer service man said was I sure I was waiting in the right place, as his driver had left as soon as he put the phone down. I assured him I was and he said he would contact his driver. we waited another 20 mins and rang again, when I just got an answer machine,which I left a message on, explaining how unhappy I was, when the car and driver finally arrived. When asking the driver what had happened and why was he so late, he said he was sorry but he was stopped by the police and when he explained that it was not his car but one he was delivering to the airport, they said that it was a routine check, so they would carry on. I said could he not have contacted the office to explain what had happened, so that they could let us know what was happening, he said that he only had a walkie talkie which can only be used on the site, which confused me as the customer service man said he would contact his driver to see what was happening. I will be writing to the company to request a refund.

The way it was handled, was so stress free, easy and simple to use. Loved the way you drop your keys off, get on the bus and go. Nothing more to worry about and keys are dispensed to you on your return. Was cautious at first, but was so reassured. Definately using Airparks again in the future. Keep up the good work!

The car park is only a short drive from the airport and I didnt have to wait long for the coach to and from the car park. Good value too

Cannot fault this service. great that it is automated with staff on hand if needed. Will definitely use again

From the time we entered the parking facility until we returned back and collected our car all went very smoothly. The staff very friendly and helpful. The car was essay to find on return and did not have to wait for long for bus transfers. The only thing of concern is looking after the receipt once you park your car until you return back from your holidays safely. The price paid seems to be value for money.

we were pleasently surprised as we had never used a service like this before so it was our first time,from the moment we arrived (which was an hour early)the staff were absolutley lovely so helpful & looked after us brilliantly,they done everything for us & made sure we had no worries at all we will definately be using this service again. well done to a brilliant service.

We have used Airparks before and always find it good value. They are trying to automate the service to improve the speed of drop off/pick up but there is plenty of assistance available for people struggling with the process. The drivers are friendly and the frequency of the bus service is great.

We were more relaxed about out travel arrangements knowing that we were using this parking service.

Was fearful of leaving my keys, but no worries dropped off the car posted as per instuctions which was easy.... jumped on the bus (10 mins) on return bus was waiting another 10 min journey, picked up the keys from the dispenser again easy, off on the motorway within 20-30 mins of leaving the airport....would I use them again.....absolutley!!!

Very easy to find, very helpful staff. Photo's taken of my car before being parked. Upon return extremely easy and car in perfect clean condition.

Overall nothing that I can fault. Very easy and simple. Quick transfer and very often. Car park we very secure too!

Found the car park easily and avoided getting caught up in airport traffic and confusing road lay out. Very easy when picking up the car and we were home in 20 minutes. A very positive experience. We will definitely use this car park again.
