Simple to book and amend booking over the phone as I needed to do. Car was collected promptly at agreed location and return journey was very smooth. Would definitely pay the small extra for the convenience of this service over taking a shuttle bus alternative.

I wanted to be in our car where I feel I have taken all the safety procautions and have seats I had fitted and trust. Nothing worse that the shuttle and the hassle of moving kids and kids gear and extending the trip any further particularly on the return when we were fed up with travelling. This service worked like clockwork. Perfect. Drop the car and it was awaiting on the return and cheaper than the car park, it's a no brainer. We will be making it a regular part of our journey. I also spoke with another company who wanted to charge extra for calling the day before (makes me mad) but Meteor had no such policy and the whole thing on line was transparent and straight forward. Nice dealings and good job.

A much cheaper option than on airport parking. It all went very smoothly and will definitely choose this option again. Have already suggested it other family members.

It did everything that it said on the tin - very efficiently and helpfully - even though ours was a flight that got in at 10.10.

I have used Meteor Parking many times for Meet & Greet and have always been very pleased with the service I received. They are also very competitive with their charges.

On both legs of our trip we called meteor office to inform them of our arrival, both times they arrived within 15 minutes of our call. Staff were friendly & professional. We were very impressed & will most certainly use again & recommend. Many thanks

Were there on time but on the way back need to give better and clearer instructions re where the car will be. Spent 5 mins and 2 calls to find the car.

Very well organised as usual - only downside this time was that driver had very little spoken english

First time using a collection service and could not have been happier, I was so impressed with the service I have arranged to use them again later in the year.

Just one thing. We usually just drop car off right outside airport terminal to avoid walking - husband unwell. However when we phoned on morning of travel we were told we would have to meet agent underneath terminal in the car park which was not what we had paid for or expected. This meant we had to walk up ramp and into terminal.

I've used Meteor before, and on this recent occasion the service was just as I remembered it: very good, and providing a stress-free way of arriving at the airport.

So much easier than using car parking especially as I arrived back in the UK on a late night flight.

Gentleman dealing with car very prompt both on departure and arrival as well as pleasant and efficient. Will certainly use this service again.

We returned home at 2am (delayed flight). We telephoned once we collected our bags and the car was returned to us within 10 minutes and we were not charged any extra for the delay.Excellent service!!! Will be using them again when we next go on holiday.

The service was excellent and even although our return flight was 1 1/2 hrs delayed there was no problem in collecting the car. Car was waiting for us at the airport, I will use this service again.

Meteor worked fine for me - flexible enough to allow for me being delayed en route, and excellent timing on the return journey - they were also the cheapest valet parking service.

The process was very well organised, didn't have to wait long for car to be picked up or returned and overall was very simple and easy.
