Apart from Meteor having lost my booking, they quickly rectified this and I was impressed with the prompt service.

Everything on timne and ease of ingress and egress from the terminal and car park. Very polite,helpful and apparently genuine staff..........will use again without fail.

Really pleased at lowest cost since starting to use Meteor as we booked early. So convenient to step out of car and back in at the Terminal - beats the bus ride every time. Courteous and prompt staff. Thank you for good start and finish to our holiday!

A really painfree experience. The staff were polite, punctual and friendly. They even suggested not flying out from Stansted before 9am and not flying in after 9pm. They were right there!

I would definitely recommend them. Our car was collected quickly on arrival and returned immediately when we came back. No waiting around. Very professional.

The only thing that could improve the service would be to get rid of the tree that our car was sitting under!

Great service, value not too bad. I was late, that wasn't a problem. Bit of a long-ish wait for the car return, about 15 mins after I called, it doesn't take me that long after customs. However, would def recommend

We have booked Meteor in the past and they still remain the best of the Meet and Greet services we have used. The price was very competitive. The service at the airport was punctual and friendly for outward and return flights. We recommend them and would choose them again.

On return we tried and retried to call to say we had cleared passport control and had our baggage. After around 15 minutes we finally got through to the central number who passed us on. There was then a 10 minute wait and we were told that we had not been able to get through because it was a busy time. Tere was no apology

I am a regular user of Meet & Greet. My experience with Meteor Parking was absolutely first class. I cannot find fault with the process, or the courtesy of the personnel.

For those that have experienced costly & difficulties parking their car at airports in the past I strongly suggest you try Meat & Greet by Meteor Parking. Their service is great & takes all the stress and hassle away allowing you to start your holiday that much sooner. D C Long Ipswich

Staff on phone very helpful and patient especially because I had to call twice due to phone problems on my end. On arrival efficient hand over by a friendly driver.

Simple meet and greet service at Stansted. Had a text message in the morning with their contact number and very simple instructions to park right outside the terminal. Was met by a cheerful friendly person who checked over the car. Similar service on our return. Would definitely recommend. So much better than parking and getting a bus back to the airport!

The car was taken as we arrived at the airport leaving us just to take our bags and go into the terminal, no hassle. The car came just after we arrived back to Airport. It was very late so having the car delivered to us not having to get a shuttle bus etc was really great. Would certainly recommend and use the service in the future.

When we went through the barrier for their collection, Automatic Number Recognition should have let us in but we had to push the help communication button there and tell the security about my booking. When we came back, it took long time to collect the car waiting outside as instyructed. and we didn't get any "greeting". OK but basic.
