Very good service. Thought the reception staff were very imformative and helpful. Liked the voucher to have Tea/coffee while waiting for the bus. Only down side was that the bus timetable on the website was incorrect, says buses leave on the hour & half hour but when we got there it was 15 & 45 mins past the hour. That gave us half hour wait for a bus.

was very impressed. especially with the gentleman who welcomed us on arrival after a very hectic motorway drive.

Very friendly staff, had even coffee. :) Punctural shuttle service, my catr was very safe. I will definately park my car there again.

Overall, pink elephant staff are really helpful and professional. however, after arriving back from travelling it is very annoying to wait up to an additional 30mins for a bus back to the car.also,the car park is very dark and unlit in areas and I wouldn't like my wife to be collecting the car on her own.thank you

I would definately use Pink Elephant again and would recommend to family and friends. Easy to find, staff friendly and secruity seemed good. Transfer to and from the airport was punctual and driver helpful. As far as the free coffee goes it was wet and warm. Not as welcoming as the costa coffee next to it, but hey who cares when you are going on holiday or comming back home to the good old U.k

We parked easy even though parking may be a bit tight at certain times of the year, Very friendly and a nice touch to have refreshments while waiting for the coach to take us to the airport which was on time. will use again can recommend Pink elephant Parking

We loved the helpful staff and the free coffee. The experience was stressless from start to finish. I would use Pink Elephant every time.

Dropping off the car was very easy. Details given of the office location and return car collection procedure were accurate. Maybe it was my lack of investigation, but I didn't know the departure time of the bus transfer until I got there, so ended up waiting 25 minuntes.

Did have problem finding the parking space as there were insufficient at the Hilton, other than that no complaints.

If you are going to give a free coffee or tea next to a Costa then make it a Costa not a machine produced undrinkable version.

Very good reception, good advice ,punctual bus and a clean one too.Please keep prices the same for the near future.

Staff were very helpful, both when I arrived and when I collected my car. Chap offered to walk to my car and drive it back to hotel because it was probably furthest parking space away. I was on my own and so meant I didn't have to transport my suitcase.

The place was easy to find. Secure and convenient parking. Good value. Transfers to and from airport were speedy. We had some problem looking for our car on return. I do recommend pink elephant parking

First time user of this company but I would recommend Pink Elephant to anyone looking for an easy to use and reasonable cost parking service.

Everything was great from the initial booking to the final collection of my car.At very short notice the price was the best at the time of booking(i'm sure it would have been cheaper if i had booked earlier).The staff were very friendly and efficient.And the complimentary coffee at the Hilton,Stansted was a nice bonus.Thanks
