Used this as cheaper than all other parking & very pleased I did so keep it cheaper & I will use again Perhaps you could do cheaper for regular visitors!

my wife and I are extremely satisfied with service. The staff were very kind and not only helped us with the suitcase and my wheelchair but also parked our car and then brought it to us at the hotel entrance on our return. We were given vouchers for a free tea or coffee and the transfer was very smooth and easy to and from the airport. The driver parks right outside the main entrance to the Hilton and lowers the bus for the wheelchair to be easily wheeled up a ramp that he put down. He also very kindly wheeled the suitcase on and off the bus.Thank you so much

I've used the Pink Elephant Park service a few times and I have never been let down by the service. It is easy to find the parking location and the staff are proffesional when dropping off and picking up your vehicle. The transfer to Stansted is quick and efficient and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for the bus.

This car park was great however there is not clear instructions where to park your car so we parked in any space and let them know which it was. Also the buses are only every half an hour so we had to book a taxi as we would've been too late for airport.

Very friendly staff as soon as we arrived. We were confused as to where to park when it seemed all alocated parking was taken but the staff were very helpful and directed us where we need to park. Great service all in all especially considering we arrived at 5am

Short distance from parking to reception, reception to transfer bus, bus to terminal. Nice and easy.

Staff,both at hotel and driving shuttle,were friendly and efficient...And sitting in the hotel-lobby with a free coffee as we walted for the-punctual- shuttle-'bus was much preferable to waiting outside by a 'bus-stop.Everything ran so smoothly both on arrival and departure.

Parking made so easy.Booked over the internet stress free and a good all round service.

really pleased with pink elephant, lovely people, fast and efficient check in, car park is fine, bus to stansted only takes 5/10 mins and all good really, on top of that they throw in a free drink at the Hilton hotels bar and they were the cheapest price as well, very happy with the service, would definately use them again

parking easy with the airport just around the corner, also nice to have a descent coffee before getting on the shuttle bus

Like many other people have stated, to book the service was such a bliss and very easy for any idiot. I arrived Friday 3rd Feb at 5.45am and parked metres from the Hilton entrance and the young lady was so helpful, even when I forgot a bag in the car and my keys had gone, she ran out in the bitter cold to find her colleague. Who cares if the coffee is instant, it is not a cheap alternative but a good brand and at the end of the day it is free, a nice touch and pick you up. The bus to the airport is free and takes only minutes to the airport and collects you, why take the coach or train with all the hassle when you can arrive and leave under your own steam.

Impressed with overall service. Easy to find, well sign posted, great customer service, did exactly what it said on the tin!

Excellent value for money and all ran on time which was essential as we had the first bus from the hotel. I could not fault the service given will use again.

The vehicle could have been returned to the place where we left it which was closer. it was snowing when we got back and we had to drag our luggage to the returns car park, which the bus passed on its way in!

Hassle free, great facilities and friendly staff! Couldn't ask for more!
