I can highly recommend this company. Both at drop off and collection the parking staff were ready and waiting.

Being able to drop the car at departure and not have to wait for buses not only saved time but also speeded up the whole process of arriving at the airport. Having the car waiting for us when we returned got us off home so much quicker than anyother form of airport parking.

Excellent service. We were a bit late leaving our home and met bad traffic. Service was in touch with us en route and even managed to meet us at the actual terminal door to reduce our anxiety. Same cheerful and helpful young man was waiting at pick-up point to greet us with our car on our return,after confirming by SMS.Don't know why we haven't used such a service before, but will certainly do so in future and recommend to others!

You communicate with your actual driver, so there's no middle-man. Once landing back in the UK, I received a text with the number to call and made arrangements directly with the driver..... After a stressful journey this was ideal!

Very friendly driver picked up our car as we arrived and delivered it promptly back to us when we arrived back. Only hitch we had was with the valet service they provided as an extra, where the car was well cleaned inside but not properly outside. We have been offered a full refund of the cost, but need to get back to Stansted to pick it up. :( Overall a fantastic and easy process from very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely use the service again, but will only pay for the valet service on collecting the car!

Very helpful staff, friendly and most accommodating when we were running half an hour late. Will definitely use them again. Rates very competitive and the service excellent.

The paperwork stated that the driver would inspect the car on arrival but I was told they don't do that anymore. On return, I was told the battery was flat - a first for my car and I am doubtful about the veracity of the statement - and I had to be taken to Bishop Stortford to collect the car. Had the inspection been done, I would then have inspected my car on return. Unfortunately I did not do that and the next morning I found scratches all along the side of the car from bonnet to boot. I have no proof as I did not inspect the car but Trading Standards tell me that the company are in breach of contract.

I was disorganised and only got around to booking parking 24 hours before we flew. By then, the price of the mid-stay car park had shot up and I noticed it was cheaper to use SPS Meet and Greet. It was brilliant - and especially helpful to us with a 9 month baby. We were running late so had to call and inform them we would be 45 minutes later than expected which was no problem. The (very friendly) driver was waiting for us right outside departures and by the time we landed back in Stansted four days later, there was a text waiting for us with instructions on collection. The same driver was there and the car was ready for us to jump in and drive off (with only an additional 10 miles on the clock). When it is such a competitive rate, it's a no brainer. Will definitely use them again.

Meet and greet is really worthwhile. It takes the stresses out of parking in the early hours and waiting for airport buses.

We had no waiting around on either leg of our trip. In fact, our luggage was slightly delayed on our return, and the driver was fantastic, he kept the car at the pick up point until we were ready, and regularly kept us informed as to his whereabouts in case he was moved along by traffic wardens. I would definitely use SPS Meet and Greet again and would have no hesitating in recommending them.

Very effiecent, especailly on our return, as our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. nice car cleaning too!

As my husband and I were travelling with our daughter and grandson, we had bulky luggage such as pushchair, car seat and all the suitcases. It was so easy to leave our car in capable hands, collect trolleys and enter the terminal. On our return, our driver phoned with clear instructions as soon as we landed. We will always use Meet and Greet in future

The drivers were waiting for us when we arrived both on departure and arrival. They were friendly and professional. We also had our car valeted for £20 and it looked great on our return! I'd recommend this service with no hesitation and will definitely use SPS Meet & Greet again next time we fly from Stansted.

I would use this service again as it was first class. There were no problems and it was all so easy form booking online to droping off the car upon arrival at the airport. On are return it was just as easy, one quick call to say we arrived and collected our bags and the car was there. As they say "Gosimple"

Shame I did not book beforehand as had gone up considerably in a week & still same deal. Inside clean job could have been better. Great way to start a holiday though and would recommend. Both guys were very pleasant - good staff.

The service is about £20 more than mid-stay car park (I think). But traveling with a large case and a bicycle, being able to unload and leave the car outside the terminal is well worth it for the comfort & ease and time saved. I was met punctually either end. Great service. Recommended.
