We experienced excellent chauffeur parking from SPS. Even though we were ahead of both our estimated drop off and pick up times , they were very quick to meet us . We really appreciated the level of service we received ... it made our arrival/ departure at Standsted with our children much easier to manage.

No complaints really- overall first class. Only slight problem was we were travelling with another family so our car was delivered within 10 minutes but other family had to wait for driver to return as only one driver available.

I was generally very happy with the service. I could make a few minor criticisms, firstly there was no reply on the phone number given when first tried 30 minuets out from the airport. It was early in the morning, but this did cause a little concern as I had not used the service before and worried that maybe the service was not going to work. However, 10 minutes later we were able to get through and the pick up was fast, friendly and efficient. We were offered a valet service for £20 whilst we were away to include cleaning of child seats which we decided to accept. However, when we picked the car up this had not been done, albeit we were not charged. These two minor issues aside, the service was good and I would be happy to, and probably will, use the service again.

There's not much I can say apart from the fact that we have used this same type of service at East Midlands, Manchester and Leeds Airports and the Stansted Team I'd rate very highly.....and I'll be using them again....definitely :-)

Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again. Excellent service on arrival at airport and upon our return. We had also paid £20 for the car to be cleaned and valeted which we were very pleased with.

It proved efficient overall especially as time was tight and the hand over happened all in a rush. However, I was perturbed once on holiday, when I remembered that the person we'd handed our keys over to did not have the relevant paper work, did not know our name/details and did not check the condition of our car. He also asked us to meet him in a different place than in your email. It caused quite a few anxious moments. Then we realised that his mobile no was the correct one as given in second email so we trusted to luck! Our car was fine and the pick up OK.

Very efficient service, polite & friendly drivers. Our 3 hour delayed return was no problem, our driver was at the designated area before we were. Have already recommended them to friends and family.

The times set by many tour/flight operators make the start and finish of the holiday a miserable, stressful and frustrating experience. The meet and greet service meant that we started our holiday relaxed and comfortably in time for our outward flight and when we collected our baggage on return and phoned you we were delighted to find our car waiting for us at the set down area. Thank you!

because the meet and greet employee had no id and no uniform,and no cocument to link my car and yourselves.

On both arrival and departure the car did not arrive at the time stated. All settings , ie radio, heater, trip mileage had been altered. Otherwise OK.

Could only find one small fault which was contacting the correct no. on return leg. While it did not impact on the timely handover of the car it meant 3 phone calls were needed while waiting for the bage to arrive.

I was pleasantly surprised by this service having never used it before. I was reminded by text twice to call a certain number beofre my arrival at the airport. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. On arrival at the airport the staff were waiting to greet us and it took approx 2 minutes to sort out the car. On our return we called the number which again had been texted to us well in advance. The person meeting us was at the airport already and was extremely polite. In fact we were longer than expected getting out of the airport and he called to see if we were OK. The car was clean and as I had left it. I would definitely use this service again - highly recommended.

Overall I am happy with the service but I did think that it was quite expensive this time from Fri am until Tue am - £47.

The instructions varied from those on line and were easier to follow. I received a text message with the tel no to call back 20 mins from the airport. This was a good reminder. Also when I called it was possible to be met at departures infont of the airport instead of in the Red car park. Since I was on crutches this was wonderful. I was not given any form to return when I collected the car. I received a text on arrival with the tel no to call as we passed Customs. The car was ready within 2 minutes of arriving at the Red Pick up point. The whole experience was excellent.

We found the service excellent, including the valet which was done to a high standard. Thanks, we will use you again.

Very easy. Phoned 3 mins before we arrived at the airport and our man was there when we arrived. Similarly easy when we returned even though our flight was an hour late. Staff very friendly and helpful.
