Takes the worry out of what can be a stressful tiring time, especially when travelling alone. They were particularly helpful in directing me to the car pick up point as I was tired and got lost. The car was exactly as I'd left it. Would definitely use them again.

If you are wondering whether to use this company... go ahead, you won't be disappointed. Dropping the car off was quick and hassle free. On our return, the car was at the meeting point... waiting for us, with the friendly driver. Again... quick and hassle free. Good service and value.

when we arrived there was someone waiting for us and it was quick and efficient to hand over. On the return it was very cold and snowing so when we rang the person said wait inside and we will call you back when the car was approaching. This happened about 10/15 mins later and we went straight outside to see our car pulling in with the warm heater inside blowing. Quite impressed with the service and will definitely book again as it is cheaper than a taxi.

A good service at a good price and a lot cheaper than most of the competition.

As this was the first time we used the SPS meet and greet service, we were pleased and relieved to find the driver was waiting for us outside the departure terminal when we arrived at Stansted. We were not so fortunate when we returned to Stansted to collect our car as we had to wait at least 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. Despite the long wait, we would try the services of SPS Meet and Greet again the next time we need to park at Stansted.

When I have had valet parking in the past, I had to ring 20 minutes before arriving at Stansted and the parking member of staff was waiting when I arrived and, on the return trip, I had to ring after getting my baggage and then the member of staff arrived almost instantaneously in the arrivals area. This was not the case with SPS: I rang 20 minutes before arrival and was told to ring again on arriving so had to wait longer than I would expect. On returning, I telephoned before collecting my luggage , as requested and then was asked to ring after after collecting our luggage and again at the flags in the departure area. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the car to arrive.Other companies park in the short stay car-park so that they are waiting for the traveler and they give you the card from the parking payment machine to get out of the parking area.

Was met ok by nice gentleman. However on our return, different man, our car had been hit at the front passenger side, radio station changed and sports mode had been set. He denied bumping the car and said he knew nothing about it. We emailed and text pictures of the damage as requested but after 2 weeks waiting were informed they were of poor quality and they had no cctv footage of damage. Will definitely not use this service again.

First time we have used this service and we were delighted with it, and shall be using it again. The member of staff that greeted us on our outward journey was a delightful fellow who was so cheerfull, full marks to everyone. Thank you all John and Val

it did what it said on the tin,as long as we did what was asked ,they did what i had reserved. great ,thanx.

Bit late on picking up, but we were early, so can't complain really. Brtilliant on pick, car right outside as it was raining...very friendly & efficient on the phone.

They were really accommodating and helpful. We had an issue with the car which meant they couldnt drive it. They could have turned us away which would have meant we missed our flights. They were really helpfand went out of their way. Cheapest service I found. Fantastic value for money!

We were a little late making our phone call to arrange car to be collected from us, otherwise it was quite simple and instructions although different to the online spiel, were clear and precise. On collection of the car 10 days later it was on time and just a short walk to the collection point from the terminal, the car park fee was paid by SPS driver to exit the short stay. I will definately use them again.

Excellent service only minutes to wait for collection and return of car. Much easier and quicker than using Airport parking. Would definitely use next time we go to Stanstead.

Incredible customer service, staff are a pleasure to deal with, helpful (even lifting luggage in and out of my car. Very fast service, would highly recomend. Best meet and greet service I've ever used.

was late for 1 hr ,been charged 20 pounds,on arriving got my jeep back with empty tank!!!! it was 3/4 in !!!! the fuel cap was open ,DO NOT USE SVS !! long stay only

Drivers were on time and friendly. Mileage was higher than I expected, it was about 35 miles. Same as fuel level, should be much higher than I got it. Cannot prove and didn't want to start an issue. Next time will take a picture to have a proof! Car was returned in poor condition, mood on the car mats. Didn't leave it like this, no rain for a few days before return. Feel like it was used for private trips when we were away.

Very good service which we have recommended to friends. I don't remember the car being covered in mud when we left it, but no big deal!
