One hic is the fact that on my return, I had to wait about 35 mins to collect the car as the reception did not pick up the phone call.

best service ever, I frequently use Standted airport an tried several car parks but thi service is quick and easy

Very impressed..... Had my young grandson with plus family so lots of luggage and we needed an efficient service............ Everything was done perfectly and will definitely use them again.

very easy procedure with polite and helpful staff. car delivered to the terminal door making life very easy. Cost was no higher than ordinary transfer parking.

We followed the instructions on the booking form about parking in red car park as I couldn't hear that we'll on the phone, we shouldn't have gone there the driver was looking for us, so payed the £3 exit fee & heading up to the terminal level so wasn't a problem, we will defiantly book again, it's much better than other companies which use the lower level, many thanks for our holiday parking..:)

Getting to and from the airport can be a bit of a hassle not to mention costly, so we decided to use Meet and Greet. Wonderful service and completely hassle free!!! Would use them again and again.

Perfect timing on pick up and delivery of my car. Car in perfect conditions.

It was a bit uncomfortable as the pickup driver did not check the car nor did he provide any paperwork. Even worse the delivery driver on return just wanted verbal confirmation of surname and did not check any paper work. Could have been anyone collecting the car.

There were no vehicle checks on arrival at the airport, the mileage of 23 miles was more than I expected but there was no problems and I will definately use the service again. I go out to France regularly to visit my family.

Great good value service, only let down by the long walking distance to red short stay car park

Red short stay car park is a bit of a walk from the terminal but staff were waiting for us on arrival and collection so it was reasonably quick

I don't usually bother writing reviews, however I was very pleased with the service of SPS meet and greet. I arrived an hour earlier than expected and this was not a problem for them. On return our flight was delayed by over an hour and half and after a long day travelling back and arriving back at 1am, they met us with my car and I didn't concur any extra charges or hassle. The experience was very convenient and hassle free, I cant say the same for our flight! I would definitely use again.

Drove home with the stench of cigarette smoke. The cigar lighter was on the floor and clearly somebody had been under the bonnet. The meet rep disappeared so fast I could not complain
