Great experience- our number plate recognition didn't work, but a member of staff fixed it within a minute, despite it being 3am! Transfers to the airport are regular and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Clear indications, good bus service from and to terminal. Easy to handle.

Arrived at the barrier and ticket relevant to the car was issued. Parked in the directed zone and then caught the bus to the terminal. On return waited about 10 mins outside the terminal before being taken to parking zone. On arrival at barrier; inserted ticket and away we went. Really no problem at all.

The parking is just 5 minutes from airport by bus. The frequency of the bus is very good and drops just outside the airport. Even the luggage space is ample in the bus, which makes you hop on and off the bus very easy.

Can't really rate customer service as we didn't come across any parking staff - but there was someone on hand if there was a problem. Carpark easy to locate, competitively priced. Transfers on arrival and departure were efficient. We would certainly use the carpark again if we were flying from Stansted.

A good service. The signage from M11 was very clear and everything worked well on arrival. The only slight problem was the signage to exit the car park which I thought could be clearer. But I would recommend this service.

Had issues when leaving car park, my paper work was not available at the pay out booth, so had to get my own out and leave with the man incharge. This did get sorted, but did spoil a great service.

I had previously mostly used the Long Term Car Park but found that for very little extra money I could park at Mid Term. The convenience of being closer to the Airport was definitely worth the additional small amount of money. The carp park is well lit, and being smaller than the Long Term Car Park takes far less time to get to one's car. I will definitely use it again. E. Burrell

Everything went like clockwork until I tried to leave the car park, at which point I was told to pay £40 (despite my having pre-paid). I thought this was a stiff penalty for leaving the car part 15 minutes after the allotted time (due to flight delay) but somehow my booking code had not been recorded on my ticket when I went into the parking. Fortunately there was someone on duty at the cash payment window, and he sorted out the problem very quickly using my copy of the booking, which I had with me. My advice - make sure you print out your booking details and have them to hand when you exit.

The car park is only about 5 minutes away from the airport and the buses are fairly frequent (every 10 mins!). This is much better than the long stay and only cost £4 more (for a 4 day trip) Not problems recognising the vehicle registration and no problems overall!

When I turned up at the gate the camera did not recognise my car. The man on the other end of the intercom was very helpful after a short discussion and checking my booking a ticket was produced from the machine so I could then enter and park.

It was simple to book, cheaper than anything else I could find at Stanstead, information was emailed straight after payment plus reminder email which was helpful. No problems and would recommend this to all my friends and family using the airport car parking.

Easy to find, easy to park and the bus service from the mid stay car park was excellent. It was a good value for money service. I would recommend to others and would use again myself.

I lost my keys while I was on holiday and they were so lovely and sympathetic. I called and explained and they were really reassuring and charged no extra cost for picking up later than booked. Fantastic and highly recommended.

Great service, would like cost to be slightly less, maybe ten pounds a day

Not happy with this car park at all. Arrived 5 am for 7.20 am flight and nearly missed it partly due to shenanigans with the parking. We were in the wrong zone for pick up - this is not either clearly explained or shown at arrival at barrier. Rang the security phone after waiting 10 mins, informed we needed to be in zone L - got there quite a queue had built up and waited another 2o mins for bus, everyone getting agitated. It is longer than 5 to 10 mins to get to the airport! On returning had to wait another 20 mins + for a bus. V poor altogether . The only that went well was the payment barrier. Would never use this again and have already recommended our friends not to if they have the misfortune to have to fly from Stansted.

The driver going coming back from the airport was really helpful even though it was 1.00am and there was a passenger who couldnt remember where he parked his car. The transfer time was minimal and on the way back managed to get a McDonalds!

If you are after cheap, affordable & secure parking that is close to the terminal with a regular bus transfer service then look no further. A hassle free service that I will definitely use again.

Parking area markers clear. Transfers frequent and timely. Needed assistance on leaving and all staff, both on site and contacted, were helpful and efficient resulting being on our way with minimal delay.

Good setup with registration number recognition and quick transfers to/from airport. Tiolets in car park would be good idea, given long distances driven to get to the airport for some.
