Booked and paid for in advance everything worked very well on the day I will deffo use this service again!

On the way to the airport, I was expecting to have a bus waiting by the time I got to the stop at 5.20 am, Instead I had to wait for at least ten minutes for the bus to arrive and then another five minutes for people to get into it. On my return trip, we waited for the transfer bus for at least 20 minutes. It's a real shame, the car park is just five minutes away from the airport, buses should be running constantly, planes don't wait for us.

I booked a time, they let me park...Not exactly over difficult. Prices were very competitive and in some cases better than many competitors. Thank you.

nice and easy stay at mid-parking in stansted (had difficulty finding my way to the right road, went round the roundabout twice on the way home lol)pricing reasonable access straight forward sign posted.... would def use again

Entry into the car park; directions to that area in use at the time; and the transfer service to the Terminal were faultless. Our problem was the return! We had totally forgotten the car park and bus stop numbers. Should write it on the ticket! However, there are 'help' buttons at the stops - which we used, and a young lady sorted us by sending someone to drive us to our car. Thank you to both her and the driver. Will try harder next time.

Prepaid a couple of days before flying out from stansted and everything was fine. Easy to find as well sign posted and once at Barrier collected ticket and followed signs to available parking zone then parked and waited a few mins for the transfer and then 10 min trip to the terminal. On the way was quick saw the bus outside got on and waited to be dropped off at my zone. Place ticket in at barrier and off home I went. No trouble at all.

Only a few quid more than the Long Stay with shorter/faster transfers.

Automatic barrier not working at entry and exit although ticket was printed with correct registration plate.

So straightforward just drive straight To mid stay car park, And park your car and then a 30 Second walk to the bus. Which takes you right to the terminal door in five minutes. The return just the same Came out of the terminal the bus was there in two minutes to take you back to the mid stay car park .

Very easy from start to finish booked on line drive straight in bus waiting to transfer to drop off, on return bus arrived within 5 mins back to car, drive straight out could not be simpler and price very reasonable would defiantly use again and recommend

Easy to find, very convenient for us and with lots of parking spaces available. Transfers were punctual and easy. We didn't actually see any staff but it wasn't necessary and all went very smoothly. Will definately consider using next holiday.

Yet again at the Mid Stay Car Park, on arrival the car number plate was not recognised so the barrier didn't open. Yet again on the return home and exiting the Car Park was a nightmare, staff on the helpline miserable and not interested. This is the third time in three months I have parked at the Mid Stay and had exactly the same problem, come on "Wake Up" it cant be that difficult.

The price was hardly any different from some of the 'Long Stay' options, and it is much nearer to the terminal. The bus transfers are very frequent, so there were no long queues. As luck would have it, we were the first drop off point on the return transfer, making it even quicker !

We left our car in the car park and it was there when we returned. We had to go through a lifting gate to get into the car park and also to leave it again. It was very hot. We had to open the car windows to cool down.

No problems at all, except that the bus from the airport on the way back was VERY slow to come, and consequently totally packed.

The web site indicated there would be a bus every 10 min and this was also the information obtained by others using the service. We waited at least 5 min fora bus to arrive and many people had been waiting longer. We then waited on the bus for nearly 10 min. We were told by the driver she could not go until the prescribed time. One of the main reasons for choosing this car park was because ther wasa 10 min bus service.

Everything went very smoothly from arriving at car park... courtesy bus arrived in less than 5 mins and it really is only a few mins to the airport. Return was as good and driver was cheerful and helpful. Would definately recommend to use this and will be using again. Price was very good and no problems from begining to end.

Easy online booking. ANPR worked fine. Transfers were prompt and punctual.

Easy to find, park and bus waiting (that was just our luck). On return there was a bus outside the terminal (lucky again?) and the bus driver was excellent in getting everybody back to the right location to collect their cars. Don't forget to remember which bus stop you caught the bus at as this is obviously where you need to get back to! Would use again if the price is right.
