When I arrived at the Mid Term Car park it was full so I was directed off miles away to the long Term car park. I had specially booked the Mid Term for its convenience AND PAID EXTRA for the priveledge so I was pretty fed up. It also meant that it was more of a hassle getting out of the car park because I then had to go to the kiosk, only to find out that they could not refund the extra money I had paid to stay in the Mid Term. So unfortunately the whole experience was very negative.

I cannot really comment on the parking staff, because there weren't any around when we parked our car! Also did not see any security staff when parking or picking up the car! But my experience was good, on arrived, my car was recognized and I entered easily (although I did have to go to the end car park because all the rest, said no entry, which meant when arriving home I had to travel all the way round). When I arrived back, I walked straight onto a waiting coach, my car was fine, and the exit was not a problem.

Parking areas were well signed etc. no problem getting in. The bus was waiting so we got straight on when we arrived but we had to wait at least 25 minutes for a bus back to the car when our flight returned. This was disappointing (and cold) as the advertised bus time is supposed to be every 5/10 minutes when we bought the ticket. There is also no way of summoning a bus if you are waiting longer than expected. Other than that what else can you say -its an airport car park!

After a brief, unexpected delay at the entry point - due to an error in dates which I should have detected on receiving confirmation of the booking - and which was dealt with swiftly and without fuss by the attendant, everything proceeded smoothly and reliably.

We arrived ahead of schedule but this was not a problem. Clearly marked parking directions. The transfer bus was waiting for us. Straight to the terminal. We returned at midnight after a delayed flight but the bus was there waiting at the terminal. The driver announced every stop. I was travelling with my teenage daughter and the car park felt very safe and secure. There was again no problem with the ticket at the exit barriers.

Very easy to find, and very close to airport, transfer service was excallent.

Service was excellent and very convenient. My wife could not remember where she placed the entry ticket, however we did have a copy of the confirmation. The member of staff was most helpful and ensured we did not have any problems leaving.

Lots of shuttle busses running between car park and airport, no hassle booking, and cheaper than expected.

A good service on the way to the airport, but had to wait half an hour for a bus back which was very frustrating.

Easy to find car parking. Did not have to wait long for the airport shuttle bus, dropping off right outside the departure door. Very close to the airport. No trouble on return.

The onward journey was made in good time with a minimum fuss, and the return after midnight went without a hitch

The car park we booked had regular transfers to and from the terminal. Staff were helpful and professional. The service provided was very good and I would definitely recommend this car park.

You can rest assured you will not have to wait long, which is the least they can do for the price!

Although it could have been cheaper the car park was good, easily acessible, there was a bus waiting both to and from. On the way back the driver took us straight to our stops as there wasnt many of us. I lost my ticket but just showed my printed confirmation at the exit. Friendly approachable staff, will use it again.

Very happy with the parking, busses were extremely frequest and driver ensured no one missed their stop. Very impressed and will be using this service again.

All went well, no issues. Bus to airport ran frequently and was quick and easy.

Thee should at least be a bus straight away. I parked in L so that took ages to get to - in that time I could have got to the Long Stay and saved money. Also my credit card did not let me through and it had to be manually checked. dont know why but that all took a while.

From the booking of a space in the car park, with the number plate recognition when we arrived at the barrier, the convenience of the bus stops in the car park. The re-assurance of frequent transfer buses and a 10 minute trip to the terminal and on return, at 3.00 a.m., the same reliable service, just helped to make a very enjoyable holiday experience.

The bus was waiting both going to airport and returning back the journey was quick and smooth no problems at all.

My pre-paid ticket rarely gets recognised when I leave the car-park, so I have to ring for assistance (and there was a queue on the line) and cause a delay for motorists behind me - never nice...
