Parking space found very easily. Bus arrived within minutes of getting there. Driver very friendly and accommodating. Overall, very good service and would definitely use again.

By booking, ahead the mid stay car park worked out to be more or less the same price as the long stay car park, which I have usually used before. However, the much shorter transfer time and more frequent shuttle service, will ensure that I use this car park again.

Easy to locate and use. Only waited a few minutes for the bus each way. Left car for three days. Was worth it.

After calling the help button and some wait the gates opened after all on our exit. A friendly sorry for the inconvinience from a person on the other end of call point would have certainly be a friendlier customer service.

Drove up to gate, it opened, we parked and were on a bus to the terminal in minutes.

Trouble-free, except that our number plate wasn't recognised even though we'd pre-booked.

Automatic Vehicle Number Plate Recognition didn't work - seemed to be the majority of leavers from the car park in the same situation.

Lost ticket - but no problem leaving car park. staff around to sort problem out. would recommend just a pity a little expensive compared to some other airports we have used.

All good. Only downer was that the bus driver got a bit annoyed because someone missed there stop as they didn't press the button. Airport car parks generally need to find a better system than the driver shouting down the bus 'Anyone for zone B!'

We got an upgrade to the short stay car park at the terminal! Great, would book again.

Easy and fast transfer to and from airport terminal. Automatic number plate recognition system didn't work so had to take ticket but there were clear instructions in email confirmation in case of this happening.

Quite happy with the service and the cost was almost the same as the long term car park ! Would use again.

No problem finding it but camera did not read my number plate correctly and had a surprise when i put the ticket in upon return a bill for £160 ish but the customer service sorted it with out a quibble. Thank you

For me as dutchman using these facilities can t say anymore than perfect. Easy to find, very good facilities, fast transfer. Would recommend to all, even non dutchman :)

We were picked up by the coach within minutes of parking the car at the strt of our journey and again on the way out of th airport. The calls for the carpark stops were clear and it was a very hassle free experience.

Ok, except that number plate not read on entry so had to sort manually with staff.
