The car park was easy to find with clear driving instructions, and the transfer to and from the airport was fast and efficient.

We arrived very early in the morning and had to wait a while for a bus on return very quick service

The fact that they scan your number plate makes things a little easier & quicker. I had lost my ticket by the time I had returned which was not a problem as I had my booking reference, but I wondered what would have happened if I did not have my booking reference? Apart from that all was ok.

fast service no need to use the short stay carpark and saves you a lot of money i would always use this service when flying from stansted many thanks Dave.

The signing could be better guiding you to the available parking areas. Bus service and signing very good. The service was very good when we landed, bus waiting. You must make a note of the bus stop or you could be a long time finding your car.

Very easy to use, a bus was waiting at the nearest stop - only 100 metres from our parking space, and on our return from holiday, a bus was already at the bus stop to take us back to the car park. Also, the driver didn't keep us waiting until the bus was full, but left shortly after we boarded. Make sure you remeber whichzone and bus stop you used at the car park to help you find your car! The ticket does include a space for you to write this.

The whole system was understandable and clear. Everything that the print off said was right ie: directions and parking etc. Will use it again.

Only one problem;on arrival we drove up to the barrier as instructed for photo recognition;after 30secs no ticket,so we obtained a ticket in the normal way and resolved the problem on our return at the exit;very helpfull.

I was impressed with the easy to follow instructions to get to the car park. I only had to wait about a minute before the transfer bus came. It took us straight to the terminal door, this this journey was only 5minutes. Coming back couldn't have been easier aswell, bus picked us up outside the terminal, dropped us off 5 minutes later. Car park was well lit and the exit was well sign posted.

Wheras I find the cost of parking at airports very expensive the site was well looked after and transport to airport from car park was good.

I wish I had booked earlier to obtain even better value - this car park provided excellent transfer facilities and I experienced no problems whatsoever - despite the fact that a security alert in Edinburgh resulted in a later-than-anticipated return.

Hassle free booking,no problem accessing or leaving car park,transfer buses waiting at pickup both on arrival and depature from terminal.My first experience on mid stay proved to be pleasurable and stressfree, would recommend and definately use again

My experience was during day-light hours and I can't really fault it. Maybe I was lucky but the bus was close by a ready to go which meant I probably got to the departure hall ahead of someone walking the length of the short-stay car park.

Coach driver on return was excellent; all passengers delivered quickly and effectively and we were away from the airport quickly.

This service was good value and easy to organise. As we arrived in the very early hours of the morning there was a little confusion with the parking ticket as we had pre-paid, but on our return the assistant told us that we could use any barrier to go straight through - great technology that recognises your car registration.

It was completly straight forward and efficient, we would use it again. As we live quite a long way from Stansted we thought it was worth paying a bit more for mid stay to reduce the panic factor if the traffic was bad! Even though our son is only 6, it was all easy, the bus stop was yards away and everything ran very smoothly at both ends.

Transfers from parking to terminal is quick and regular, bus even waits if the driver sees you in car park.

There is a mass of choice for parking, but the internet layout is quite clear in explaining the options. I was surprised and pleased by the very reasonable cost. As l have used it before, l was comfortable with the process. As then there was no difficulty in numberplate recognition and the only problem l had was, at my advanced age, forgetting exactly where the car was when l arived back!!

Everything worked well, the only criticism was, on leaving, the ticket did not reflect that we had prepaid and so had to seek assistance from the parking attendant. The problem was sorted quickly, but had we not had all the paperwork to hand, could have been more problematic.
