I won't use any other now because it's very convenient, parking is very close to the airport, so it's only a matter of minutes either way before you get to the airport/your car and great value for money.

I found the service perfect for my needs and much easier to use than a lot of airports i have used in the past

with the informion given when I booked the car park was easy to find - the car registration at the barrier checked quickly and through to a parking place, the transfers to and from the terminal were punctual as was the exit from the car park

Having arrived at the entrance to mid-stay car park (pre-booked at Stanstead) I was politely told that I was subject to a special offer of staying in the Short term car park and given documents to allow exit at the end of my 2 week stay. I then drove to the short term,parked satisfactorily and went to catch the flight. On my return, 2 weeks later, presented the tickets to the out barrier and left in the minimum of time Very enjoyable not hsving to cart luggage on buses. Very enjoyable experience

The car park was close to the airport and the transfer was quick and there were regular buses. The number-plate recognition cameras meant that there was no queuing or checking in

The system worked perfectly. Shuttle bus ready and waiting in both directions. Hugely better than the long stay for a not significantly higher price.

Faultless drop-off and pick up. I was concerned however that on our return to parking zone A the driver was calling out bus stop numbers which I hadn't thought to remember as I've never come across this practice before. Perhaps guidance at the time of getting on the bus to the airport to note bus stop numbers rather than just zones would be useful for our return to the car. Ideally I would love to see a 'deli counter' type ticket machine at the bus stops so that you could remember where you got on after 2 weeks a getting away from it all! But that would cost money!

A hassle free competent service from start to finish..... I will use again and recommend to friends and family. First Class operation at an affordable price. Well Done!

Easy to find, put in ticket in barrier no problems getting through and followed signs for which section to park in. Coach already waiting when we got there, not far to airport. Same on return just a few minutes wait for the coach and quickly dropped off to pick up car. Put ticket in barrier, no problems and straight out. Highly recommended. Would use again if had to fly from Stanstead again.

The parking was very well signed and easy to follow. The bus drivers were very friendly and helpful. The transfer time is very short. Good value for money.

Everything went smoothly and I didn't have to wait 5 minutes for a bus from or to the carpark.

Arrived and the mid stay car park was closed for some reason but we were upgraded to the short stay carpark for free which was a bonus as its just seconds from the terminal. Stress free parking, would definitely use again

Very pleased. We were upgraded to short stay for no extra cost and we parked only 5 minutes walk to the terminal.

On arrival at Mid Stay, we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who gave us a ticket for short stay as they were fully booked. Everything ran perfectly efficient and smoothly.

The number plate recognition system and printed card makes the process very simple on entry and exit. No help needed. Need to be patient waiting for your area and bus stop on return.

Easy to find, coach pick up really quick and regular. so much nicer to be only 5mins away from car than a long bus ride , esp when with children.

Impressed! Drove to the barrier of Mid stay, once the camera had read my reg number, I parked the car, got straight onto the transfer bus to the Terminal.Just as easy on my return.Would use again and recommend to others.

There werent any queues to get int car park and none to park. It was all done very quickly. The bus from the car park to the airport was very quick with the transfer and no waiting about.

Book on line, it was soooo easy to find, get picked up, have a great holiday and back to your car. No problems whatsoever!!! Would definitely use Mid Stay again.
