On arrival at the entrance barrier I waited but nothing happened so I pressed a button for a ticket then realised I'd made a mistake and may have to pay again even though I'd pre-paid already. The customer service staff were very friendly and soon put me at ease and made sure I didn't have to pay twice

We didn't have to wait for the shuttle bus coming or going! Excellent will definately use again.

Didn't see any staff in the parking area but didn't need them as easy to park and find the bus out of there. Good service will use it again.

I was surprised how close in price it was compared to the long stay car park. Will always use your facility if the price differential is the same.

Perfect experience. I'd booked in advance, so the number plate was recognised and the barrier opened for us. The coach was there as we parked, so we got straight on and were in the arrivals hall in minutes. On our return a coach was outside the terminal, so straight on and back to the car park really quickly. Couldn't be better.

A very automatic parking experience, all carried out without human assistance apart from the driver of the coach to the airport.

Having lost my return ticket the woman staff member at the exit could not have been more helpfull and understanding

We chose Mid Stay Parking because we wanted to park relatively close to the airport terminal and have the benefit of a frequent and short transfer time at both ends of our journey. We were not disappointed in any way.

An elderly gentleman got lost and the staff were very helpful and courteous and took him to find his car

Often used meet and greet, but at £ 48.00 versus £ 14.00 what's a 5 min bus ride in time and cost.

Very easy to use system - with numberplate recognition - no holdups - coach transfer was quick and efficient. Will use them again

I lost my ticket and customer services were very helpful which I really appreciated. I was out almost as quickly as if I'd kept the ticket.

It all went very well although I would have expected more security-conscious fencing. Everything else went like a clockwork and can only recommend this mid stay option if you just can't get to and back from the airport any other way.

All very efficient on the outward leg, a bit slow getting to the car park on the return, possibly because it was midnight.

When we have previousley used airport parking it can sometimes be a real effort to find the car parks, adding extra time on the commute to the car park itself. Your facilities at Stanstead were easy to find and well laid out, good signage right from the motorway exit. I would have no problem using your services again at Stanstead airport.

At 03.00 hrs I did not want the exit gate demanding that I pay £114 before I could exit the premises. I had pre-paid. The staff were helpful in trying to resolve the matter but they could not understand why the computer system had glitched. They eventually let me out of the "back door" without paying any extra. I was not the only vehicle that was affected at the time.

Problem that on entering car park the machine did not pick up the fact that we had pre-booked On return staff sorted it out very quickly thank god it wasn't raining!
