Off Site Park and Ride reviews

We were very happy with the car parking, friendly staff member. I think customers should just be made aware that there is a charge for transport to and from the airport (albeit only £2 return pp)

This was a good and friendly service with the transfer on time it was only 10 min from the terminal also I would recommend to others 5 sttars

We were a little worried while booking, because this was our first time to use their services. However, everything turned out very well. We contacted the staff 15 minutes prior our arrival at their site. They were very polite. It's a family business and everyone was super kind (we weren't aware there were £4 transfer fees, but eventually didn't have to pay since there was nothing mentioned on our confirmation email). Transfer to the airport took no more than 5 minutes. After our return from holidays, we contacted them again and we were picked up from in front of the airport in no time. Our car was safely parked at their site (we checked the mileage and for scratches -but all was as we left it). Will use their services again without doubt.

Even though we had booked the wrong day the service was excellent. The driver was not expecting us at 4 am and yet still managed to meet us with a smile and efficiency. That alone would be enough to commend you to us again but I was feeling frustrated about the difficulty we had experienced trying to find you and was not particularly warm in my welcome of him. I wish now to apologise and thank you for the service. We would like to say that the directions are not correct. The distance from Stanstead to T junction is 3.5 miles. It was also tricky to clarify exactly where the Coopers roundabout would be until we had arrived there. Could you please consider adding to your directions something like - follow all signs to the airport and then turn right at coopers Roundabout...? Anyway I send apologies to the driver and thanks for the service. I did feel concerned that the car park was in the middle of nowhere though...

The place was quite difficult to get to and there was no mention of transfer fees but the staff were friendly and the transfers were quick and easy. Would use again!

Brilliant,great professional operation. Worked perfectly,exactly how you would want and very courteous with it. Highly recommend there services.

Arrived & were immediately greeted by someone who explained what was happening, what details were necessary & roughly how long it would take before we departed.

We were under the impression that we didn't have to leave our key with the car as this was what it said on the website when we booked, but we did have to leave it. This wasn't a problem but the information needs amending. Otherwise, good value, prompt, very friendly service, will definitely use again.

We would highly recommend and use this service again, excellent customer service and great fuss free flexibility when we were an hour late due to roadwork diversions.

Always leave our car here. Very efficient service, no fuss, no hassle.
