We had a comfortable night's stay at the Saracen's head and the staff were good. The taxi service was prompt and from door of hotel to departure door of airport and vice versa.
A very comfortable and friendly hotel making the perfect start to our holiday.
I found the whole experience from internet to booking to checking out extremely efficient and simple to use. The only minor difficulty I had was locating the post code for my sat nav system. The directions to the hotel were easy to follow.
We found it excellent for our early flight from Stansted and would definitely use the Saracen's Head again. We were dropped off in front of departures and collected again on our return within 5 minutes of arriving.
Getting to the airport is always an exhausting experience, but the Saracen's service from arrival at the hotel to pick up after our holiday was excellent. We would definitely use this hotel/parking package again and recommend it to friends.
