A great place for an overnight stay prior to your flight from Stansted Airport, Warmans Barn House hotel is a converted 17th century barn located within the airport perimeter. However, this hotel does not allow guests under the age of 18 and family rooms are not available.

transfers to Stansted Airport

One-way transfers, from the hotel to the airport only, are available from 04.00 to 18.00, should be booked on arrival, and cost £4 per person. Journey time is approximately 10 minutes.
Transfers from the airport to the hotel, and transfers needed after 18.00, will have to be arranged by the guest and at the guest's own cost. Taxi journeys cost approximately £10.

Parking package includes parking at a secure car park within the airport grounds, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. You will be asked to leave your car keys with the hotel. Parking is only available on and after the night you stay at the hotel, not before your stay.

room ok, food in pub a little expensive. Brochure in room explained transfer cost but price in brochure not up to date. Transfer very good. Collection not the best taxi delayed we waited 30 mins. Meeting point is out in the open so just as well weather ok

we have stayed at this hotel in the past before jetting off on our Summer holiday and had really enjoyed the hotel. It is very convenient for the airport and the organised taxi for early am flight was an added bonus. The staff are extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant service,nice rooms and good food in the adjacent restaurant. The only down side is that you can't get breakfast before 11 am and checkout is 10am. As we were waiting for a connecting flight in the afternoon this meant a very long day at the airport. We also had a long wait for a booked taxi on our return trip.

Although the instructions for finding the place were good, in the dark it could do with explaining that you drive right through the village to get to The Ash. On arrival we were greeted and shown our room which was warm and comfortable. We then walked across the road to the pub for a very enjoyable meal. The Taxi picked us up at 4.30am prompt for our trip to the airport and returned us to our car on our return. Highly recommended will used them again.

The owner/manager of this hotel really needs to learn some people skills, his attitude is terrible on greeting customers. The hotel is adequate, facilities are adequate, TV is definitely only adequate. Food was also only adequate for the price.

Slightly hard to find in the dark as had to go through the viollage and out the other side to find the pub to check in. But a good find. Very clean and comfortable with pleasant feel.

The Barn House is situated oposite The Ash public House which is a good pub offering interesting and good value food.

The service was very warm and friendly, the room lovely and new. Huge clean bed with comfy matress. Very clean bathroom with large shower.Dead quiet. Transfer service on time and just outside accommodation. Return transfer again on time and to a very nearby location , so we were out of the airport and on the road within 15 mins max. I can warmly recommend this hotel and will use it again.
