What more can I say - simple, clear instructions. Friendly staff, punctual and great service provided. Excellent value for money. Why bother wasting time and effort finding car parking space and waiting for buses to then take you to and from airport to car when this service is similar priced and no hassle!

We must have waited all of 30 seconds for your staff to arrive to pick up the car - and that was at 4.15am in the morning. The member of staff was so pleasant which was lovely also at this time in the morning! When we arrived back a week later our car was being driven in as we walked out to the car park, so we didn't even have to wait 30 seconds. This is a no-brainier. Such good value for such an excellent service. We will definitely be using this service every time we go abroad. Thank you.

The meeting and greeting at both the start and end of our holiday worked very well. Finding the location was easy and the hand over went quickly and smoothly. The only, minor, criticism was that, with other 'meet and greet' companies operating from the same spot, a lack of clear uniforms or identities made it difficult to identify the correct person to approach.

Very well organised. There was no delay on departure or arrival home. Friendly, hassle-free service.

Both on departure and arrival, the staff was waiting for me so I had no waiting time myself and all. They were very friendly, and it was very good value for money. Not the first time I used Aardvark, and certainly not the last.

Everything was as it should have been. The driver was waiting when we arrived and despite arriving back in the UK nearly 1 hour ahead of schedule, the car was delivered to the car park as we arrived to collect it. Drop off/pick up area could not be more convenient at Birmingham. Top marks.

The gentleman who met us when we dropped the car off was polite and had a sense of humour (amazing for 4:00am!). On our return again everything was done smoothly and professionally.

Incredible value for money, an efficient & friendly service. Couldn't fault anything.

Aardvark personnel were on time when we departed and on our return. When departing someone attended to us immediately but we had a five minute or so wait on our return as there were a few customers being attended to. Had it been raining it might have been a problem but fortunately it was dry.All round this was a good experience and I would use Aardvark Parking again.

Good value for money, took the hassle out of parking altogether, so simple. Drive in Take your luggage, depart. Just a quick phone call, pick up car on our way home to wales, effortless.

I didn't think that it could possibly work as described on the booking information and though that I would be left standing there waiting. How wrong I was, called them as I left the motorway at Birmingham and they were ready when i arrived 10min later, 2 min to hand over car and get luggage out and away. EXCELLENT. On return called from baggage collection and headed for the door and car was there waiting, 2min to get luggage back into car and away. No fuss, no hanging around, no problems. Will be using this from now on

We had called ahead stating arriving in 10 minutes as requested, however no one was waiting to meet us, after 10 to 15 minutes we called again after which they arrived fairly promptly, the same happened on our return, luckily it was pleasant weather or standing in the middle of an exposed car park would not have been fun. This aside i would still use this type of service again but with another of gosimply suppliers.

Collection and delivery bang on time, even at very early hour. Very courteous staff.

What an effortless way to begin a holiday, no more driving round looking for a parking space and a courtesy bus! And on arrival back, i reckon we were on the motorway home before we'd have even reached our car if we'd parked in the carpark!
