"I paid to have my car delivered to the airport upon my return. I was told to phone from the baggage area, which I did. However, I would have then expected the car to be waiting for me when I emerged from the arrivals hall, but it was not there. I had to phone again after waiting 20 minutes approximately, the car was then brought to me a good 10 minutes after that. I would have hoped that the fee would have ensured a swifter service than that experienced."

"This was the first time I had parked at the airport and I prepaid for parking. I had difficulty finding a parking space, but once I had easily found the bus stop and did not have to wait for a bus. However, I could not work out how to get through the barriers - on entry I knew that there was an instruction, but nothing was visible at the paypoint. In desperation I went to find an attendant (no-one there) and risked going to the barrier in my car, where I asked for help, which was good. There needs to be a notice up for customers who have prepaid at the paypoint."

"Good short term to medium term car park. Cheaper if booked in advance. Machine on leaving the car park needs to be more clearly labelled as to how to speak to someone to give then your booking reference."

"We lost our mobile phone so had to call when we were standing in the car park from someone else's phone. We had two small tired children I explained the situation on the phone and the car was with us in about 10 mins from us calling."
