no hanging around on bus to airport and coming back not to long to wait for bus
Everything was excellent except we had to wait on the coach on the arrival back to see if a few more passengers could be taken on even though the coach was already very full. Didn't mind waiting for the coach as expected up to a 15 minute wait but once we were all on the coach we were tired and this wasn't appreciated. Overall though, a super and pretty efficient service.
A coach was there waiting for us. We were soon away and we didn't have to wait until the coach was full before we left. Arrived directly where we needed to be. A short wait for our return coach and again we didn't have to wait for the coach to fill. More cost effective than a taxi to the airport.
good service overall but we were given no info as to what happened on pickup at end of holiday so ended up asking another coach driver who phoned up aph for us and informed us that aph would be making their way over to pick us up!
Easy link to the motorways and no queues. Efficient service equalling a good start and finish to our holiday
It is difficult to find it. You need a bigger APH sign at the final roundabout.

Value for money, never waited for a transfer coach there or back. would use this service again. Only downfully is the staff could be a bit happier and welcoming on reception.
We were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The buses were frequent, the drivers very helpful in sorting out where we parked upon our return and I would repeat the experience readily again. Clear directions to park, clear signposting both from motorway and from the airport to bus, very impressive and definitely to be recommended.
Value for money,however, passengers need to be aware that there is a longish journey to the airport.

Very pleased with the staff and service. Didnt have to wait at all which is good when you are going away and on return journey.
Arrived got on the coach taken to the airport speedily returned coach waiting back to park on our way home what more can you ask.
Flight delayed by 3hours .Then 45mins transfer time with wait for bus and other passengers to arrive .
Definitely worth using APH as opposed to the more expensive airport car parks.
Although initially wary at the distance from the airport the whole system worked as smooth as silk. Staff helpful and friendly and transfers quicker than I expected.
Excellent ,quick, efficient service, highly recommended for a hassle free holiday. When travelling from birmingham we always use this service and know our car is safe and ready parked waiting for us on our Departure and arrival, WELL DONE !!
Knew I was arriving had everything ready, bus at the ready too to get to the airport (Parked offsite). Very efficient, value for money service.

1. Can you tell us a little bit about your business?
APH (Airport Parking and Hotels Ltd) was established in 1981 and currently owns/operates three award winning airport car parks - APH Birmingham along with APH Gatwick and APH Manchester. APH Birmingham, formerly Flyaway, was acquired from the receiver in 2002.
2. In one sentence, how would you describe your business?
Best for service, best for price and easiest to use.
3. What makes you different from other parking companies?
Three things: service, service, service! Our staff are extremely customer focused and want to give customers the absolute best experience possible from the point of booking to exiting our car park.
4. Describe the customer facilities, security and services you offer
All APH owned car parks are recipients of the Park Mark - Safer Parking Award and are all fully secure. Electrified security fencing surrounds APH Birmingham with the entrance and exit covered by electronically controlled heavy duty sliding gates. CCTV and floodlights cover the car park which is manned 24 hours a day. Vending machine offers cola, fruit juice and water.
5. What does the gosimply award mean to you?
Confirms that we are serving customers well.
6. What's the most interesting or exotic car that's been parked?
A great big Hummer 4x4 caught everyone's interest.
7. Have you had any celebrities use your services?
Yes, quite a few. But we won't park and tell.

Vehicle restrictions
Although there is no height limit, APH Birmingham is restricted to normal sized cars, light vans and people carriers. Trailers permitted at an extra charge when space permits - please contact APH in advance.

Access ramp into the reception area and disabled toilet available. Staff assist where possible with loading and unloading of luggage on and off buses and between cars. Buses are fully DDA compliant.
