Staff actually put cases on bus for you. We have never had this service before. Anyone traveling alone or disabled I am sure would find the staff obliging. Very efficient system for logging car in and out.

Car park was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had to wait 8 mins for a transfer and the driver helped carry luggage on board the coach. On return we only waited a few minutes for the bus and again the staff were really professional handing back keys etc. I would highly recommend APH and we will be using them in the future

Finding the compound is simple. In our case the transfer bus was there waiting in both directions with little waiting time for further passengers. The checking-in process was quick and efficient. The office staff and the bus operators were friendly and helpful. Depositing and collecting the car was within a few steps of the bus stop. I have used them in the past and will again.

Too far away from the airport, had to drive past the airport and then be brought back by coach, if coming from the south

Mrs Carr 17 February, 2010

Had a really good experience with these guys, car was parked for me on arrival so no lengthy walk with cases, the staff were so friendly which is exactly what you need at 3 in the morning. On return my car wouldnt start and when I told the staff they sent someone to my car immediatley to give me a jump start, again friendly..nothing was a problem. Would definatley use again.

I lost my parking instructions for the return flight and found the arrivals hall sign for aph, but that the phones had been removed. No doubt the instructions would have pointed this out, but maybe the signs need removing.

Cannot fault anything to do with the services provided. Only one problem was the large roundabout exit from the M42 which was unlit on our arival in the snow and dark and the signs where not very good which was not the car parks problem

Miss Prout 06 January, 2010

Perhaps slightly warmer coaches - winter trips at 4am are freezing. Plus we struggled to find the phone in the terminal. Otherwise, very useful, good location.

No problems what so ever. Needed to read the return instructions carefully as it took a few minutes to locate the free phone to call for the coach.

Mr Johnston 15 December, 2009

I booked online one hour before arrival. When I arrived the coach was waiting and I left for the terminal straight away. Upon my return, the coach was waiting and again set off immediately. I cannot fault the service received or the value for money!

Mr Dixon 07 December, 2009

Generally quite good service, thought things like toilet could of been better, it was basically like a hut where you drop your keys off etc. Was a bit annoyed my mirror was knocked off and not put back (I had knocked this on a wall by accident previously, so knew slightly faulty already) Liked that I just called when getting luggage and they arrived shortly after, and hooray missed the busy rush hour car park, known as the M6. Thanks

Mr MARSHALL 04 December, 2009

On arrival you are guided through with the procedure with your cases etc, sit on the coach and enjoy the ride. On your return its nice to know the coach is waiting or is not far away.

Mrs Burdett 25 November, 2009

Car park easy to find. Checking car in is simple. Collecting car afterwards, told which row car was parked in, and the rows were marked clearly. Only slight problem was finding the free APH telephone in arrivals. This is near carousel 6, as mentioned in the documentation, but phone is on the side of a pillar which is not facing you, as you come through the doors, and most of us are not at our best at that time!!! Otherwise, excellent.
