Our return flight was delayed and then diverted, and resulted in us getting back to the car a day later than the parking had been booked for. The staff were very helpful when they realised we had been delayed, and we were only charged an extra 3.30 pounds for 'overstaying' which I thought was very reasonable.

APH are conveniently located and relatively easy to find. The staff were helpful and the transfer quick. I was disappointed to find a chip in my car's paintwork that looked as if it had been caused by the careless opening of another car door.

The APH guys were excellent, the customer service swift and efficient. The distance from the airport was a surprise, and I found myself feeling a bit aggitated at having to drive for 20 minutes away from the airport just to be bussed back in the other direction - which added almost an hour to our journey time. However that was down to my research, not the fault of AHP. If you were approaching the airport from the North it would be a good solid bet.

I found the entrance to the car park very difficult to locate as it's tucked in from the road with no obvious signs. Not what you want when you're trying to catch a flight. Once I got there though it was a very good service and my car was ready for me when I got back

Very friendly and helpful staff, with excellent and reassuring facilities. My only niggle is that it is located quite some way from the airport so that transfers seem to take a long time. However this probably accounts for the excellent value for money prices...
