If there is a downside, it can sometimes take a little time to find a space.
Glad we chose long term parking.From parking the car we was at the departures in 10 minutes. Will use this one always.
I did not have any problems entering and parking at the long term car park at Birmingham airport and also exiting the car park. However i was disappointed with the transfer from the car park to the terminal in the sense that the driver was abrupt and not informative and did not enlighten me and my wife when to disembark from the curtesy coach to our departure entrance. Apart from this occurence, i was pleased with the car parking arrangements.
Lots of spaces available, plenty of transfer buses. A good experience!
Had to wait at 3:34am for 20 minutes for a bus in the rain, not great when you have just travelled for most of the day, other than that everything was fine.
Once your booking is completed on-line the rest is easy, no hassle at all. Simply drive to car park, park up and hop on the bus to the terminal.. after the holiday simply drive to the exit gate where the cameras recognise your number plate and off you go. no hassle and no waiting, a very good service.
I arrived and my ticket was immediately issued from the machine ,stamped with my car registration.When I parked I had no longer than two minutes to wait for a courtesy bus (although I had parked within walking distance of the terminal) and that certainly beats parking 2 or 3 miles away from the airport ! On my return,I approached the ticket barrier, prepared to enter my parking reference,but the barrier lifted automatically and I was on my way home with the minimum of fuss or delay. All in all a wonderful experience which I can thoroughly recommend.-----was very reasonably priced vas well !
Easy to park but the bus driver on the shuttle was extremely miserable and took delight in sudden stops and cornering!!!
ive parked twice now and its very very good bus service to airport very quick no problem to walk to airport if u want to five minutes and you are there will use it all the time for my holidays its worth it no problem with my car safe and secure.

On arrival there were no indication as to where in the car park we might find some empty spaces, leading to excessive driving around for me and for other drivers. Upon our return the bus picked us up promptly, but it was packed and it was pretty chaotic when it came to alighting from it complete with luggage. There was no communication from the driver as to what route he would take in the large car park, and as to where would be the best point to get out for our particular parking location. Two out of the three exits from the Car park were not operational, leading to a long queue to get out.
bus could have a recorded tanoy advising which stop is best for each area of the car park...we got off too soon and had to walk with luggage too far
The booking went through only the night before we were due to park. When we arrived we were met and told we had been upgraded to the multistorey closer to the airport as the long stay carpark was full. Worried we would have problems on returning as no paper work etc to show we had been moved but no problems at all just used the intercom and spoe to the lady on the other end. No bother. Would recommend booking up front!
The directions were easy to follow from the M42, signage within car park was clear. After dropping fellow passengers at drop off point I parked within 50 yards and by time I returned to friends a bus was arriving, we were at the terminal within 10 minutes of arrival.;o) On return the bus stop was clearly marked and we were picked up after 5 mins and dropped off at carpark within another 5 mins. After quoting booking ref at exit we were on our way home. A very stressless experience, cheers

The system for parking was user friendly but the only frustrating point was trying to find a parking place in the first instance as the car park is so large and busy. Some form of direction to available parking places would have been helpful. I would use this car park again though.

I am glad that I had read other people's comments before I used the service. It warned me to allow extra time for finding a space. I had to drive around for quite a while, which includes reversing out of several dead ends! and only found a space in the very last corner on gravel. The shuttle service was excellent both ways. I did not see any staff to be friendly or helpful. Leaving the carpark using the intercom was no problem. Overall a satisfying experience compared to the other parking options available .
The transfer to the airport was quick and easy. Location is ideal as it is so close to the airport. Was good value for money.
The whole process couldn't have been easier. Booked the required dates on line at a rate which was excellent value for money. I would advise anyone to use the service.
