Used the car park a few times now.Dont worry if you cannot find a car space straight away, there will be one.Bus arrived after 9mins, climbed aboard,dropped outside departures.On return the carpark bus was waiting outside arrivals,jumped on back to car simples.....P.S. make a note of your bus stop number.Enjoy.

Most things were pretty good. The courtesy buses on the return journey do not show a waiting time - and actually the short walk was quicker than waiting for a bus. My only issue is that the available parking spots are not marked. You have to drive past row after row of cars looking for a gap. Bit stressful when trying to make a plane.

you need to resurface the car park - water gathers and can be slippery - bad for the elderlyespecially

Found the carpark very conveniant and only 10 minutes walk to the airport and the online price was good, but would like signage with being clearer and the lighting improved.

used many times before with no problems. I prefer to be able to walk to terminal, leave car on site and take keys with me so this service fits the bill.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the number plate recognition didn't work and was delayed leaving while this was resolved

overall a great service and no problems on the way in. But let down slightly by card machine not recognising our prepaid card and number. But pressed the help button and soon on our way.

My first time travelling on my own. Booking was very simple and great value for money. Found the car park with ease. Bus stop was very close and only had to wait two minutes for a shuttle. All very organised and stress free. A great start to my trip. Would thoroughly recommend it.

came back to my car it had a flat tyre i asked ncp to help me they said call my recovery company i think this is a disgrace how can a company who provide long term parking not offer assistance for flat tyres or batteries

Have used this car park many times but not seen it so busy. Really struggled to find a parking space which if I was more pushed for time would have been a problem.
