Easy to get to carpark and prompt bus service to airport. value for money would recommend anyone to use this site, keep your confirmation booking for when you return thou, as you may need it to confirm your pre booking payment.

Arrived at 4.00am Sat 7 March 2015. Entered and parked OK, unloaded went to stand in bus stop to wait for circular bus to take us down to airport. Others were waiting already and had been there over 15 mins. Waited a further 15 mins and still no bus. Some of the others waiting were air hostesses and they said we better start walking so we did - 10 min walk, carrying luggage. Got to terminal - still no sign of a bus! On return on Sat 14th March 2015 mid day - yes there was a bus within 5 mins or so to take us back to the car park. It would have helped if the driver had told us we had got to car park 5 - all we saw was the entry sign for car park 4 - we unknowingly passed our get off point - and only when we asked did the driver say we had got to car park 5. On driving to the barrier I put our pre- paid ticket in the machine and it read "You owe £105" rather a shock when you have pre paid. I called the controller and expalined asnd just got a "whats your registration no." so I told here then I was told "press the bottom button, take your ticket and the barrier will rise". No apology or explanation. Absolute rubbish customer service.

We had a 25 minute wait for the transfer coach on the outgoing trip and a further 25 minute wait on the return. The long waits meant that the coach was full to overflowing and it was difficult to accommodate all the customers (and their luggage) who had accumulated at the bus stop during the wait.

Transfer to airport was fast & efficient but we waited over 25 minutes for the coach to pick us up on our return. Easy to find car park and plenty of room to park but waiting in freezing conditions was not pleasant.

Car park 5 was well signed & easy to access off the A45. When parking during the dark it was well lit. Exit signs could be larger & more plentiful.

Very good service,drive up, car reg taken ,find a space and away you go,cant fault it.

Very good fast and no fuss enterd car park found space easily bus was there with in 5mins and took straight to airport withing 5 mins will use again great value.

We arrived at about 5.20am and waited and waited for the shuttle bus but it didn't come and we ended up running to the airport. We passed the bus. The driver was just sitting in it doing nothing and had no passengers. He wasn't even parked at a bus stop - just at the kerbside!! The overall parking is great - number plate recognition issues the ticket and raises the barrier and on exit it's very swift and efficient. Despite the lack of shuttle bus on this one occasion, I would recommend as a good and efficient service.

Really close...was a nice night,so walked...5 mins! Coaches every 5 mins... Camera recognised the reg (didn't in the official carpark....£120!) Will use again
