Good value especially when pre-booked, being at the airport removes the stress factor from waiting for a connecting shuttle bus, as you can walk to & from the departure/arrivals if need to (note: bus very 10/15 minutes)

The whole process from booking parking and leaving was quick and simple. Instructions sent on email made it easy to do. The only thing which would have made it easier was to allocated an actual space. When we arrived it was dark and we had to drive around abit to find a space. Other than that it was good and we shall use the service again thanks

A much better alternative to an expensive taxi. The bus transfer took two minutes after a five minute wait for the bus. You could walk to the terminal in five minutes. Will always do this in the future when flying from Birmingham.

we were quite happy with where parking was, but our return barrier problem was not expected, the machine would not accept our pre booked payed booking reference, and l had to try and fined someone to ask, was there anyone we could ask for help,but no one available on site,10 mins later the only person was a bus driver who was pulling up at the pick up point, it was really cold and rainy, we were told then how to ask for assistance, and it was remedied quickly, my point being there ought to be a bigger and clearer notice to show what to do,if you come across with a problem.

No problems were found entering the car park - a ticket was produced from the machine. Exit was fine, just used the intercom and quoted my reference number & drove out - simple!

We use this service frequently and find it to be best value for money at bhx. Cheaper options involve more lengthy transfers and longer waits for buses

Booking process straight forward and parking easy on the day. Only critiscm is on exit gate pressed buzzer and gave reference number but gate didn't open. Had to ring again and ask again. This took a little longer than expected and I would imagine at busy times with several cars waiting could cause some frustration.

Normally pre-book my parking a week or two in advance. This time I was a bit late, but gosimply.com was still available. Thank you!

Pre booking airport car parking makes you in complete control, is srtess free and allows you to concentrate on your flight plans.

very good; there was no waiting around for transfer bus both going and returning, and it was literally a couple of minutes on bus to terminal. would certainly use again.

The car park is easy to find and the buses were prompt and the drivers helpful. Unfortunately we experienced difficulty when leaving, when the card was inserted to leave, the barriers would not open and it showed that I owed £64 even though I had paid for both vehicles a month before! I pressed the help button and explained the situation, I then had to get the confirmation paperwork out and give the reference number before we could leave. I found this an embarrassing situation and the voice a little impatient

Being able to park at the airport makes life so much easier with 2 children in tow!

Not all bus stops in the car park were operating. Had to walk a fair way with luggage and two children to find a bus stop that was working and when we returned we had to ask the driver to stop as they weren't planning on stopping at the stop nearest to us! We then had to walk a fair way in the rain back to our car.

Have only used this airport once was very pleased and impressed with the service and ammenities.

Good service, value for money. Need better system to locate empty spaces quickly.
