Secure and safe. You can walk to the terminal buildings. Instant access in . Finding a space was not a problem Slight delay at barrier going out as very busy exit point
This was the first time of using the on airport parking and it proved to be theright decision, My wife is disabled and it was close enough to the teminal building to walk,taking our time. The rate booked on line was indeed very competitive and in our case again proved to be the correct choice. The booking was simple, the staff involved both at the airport and on-line were superb. A big tick in the box alround for Birmingham International.
What could be easier - booking on line was straightforward and a reminder email was sent to us just before our due date. The car park itself is very well maintained with good lighting and plenty of numbered spaces making it even easier to find the car on our return ( as long as we remembered to write it down...if not, it does make for a good competition to see who remembered it correctly !! ) After travelling for several hours how pleasant it was to be able to load up the car, put in the card, give our reference to the operator, barrier lifted and we're on our way - all paid for up front at a fraction of the cost it would have been without the pre-booking facility. We'd definitely use you every holiday time - definitely one less arrangement to worry about - thanks for providing such a great facility.
The parking was straightforward and only a couple of minutes from the terminals. This was especially appreciated as our return flight was delayed, but as soon as we had our bags, it was a short few minutes to find our car on on our way!
Very impressed with the service - it gave us peace of mind whilst we were away on holiday that the car was stored in a safe and secure area. Being sent a code beforehand which we just gave to the parking staff on our return was so easy and the cost was very good value for money. Will definitely be using this facility again.
Although it was a more expensive option we were pleased to be able to leave the aiport quickly without waiting for a transfer to a far away carpark.
Location of car park 1 is perfect as it is steps away from Novotel and terminal 1. No need for shuttle bus. Tansfers question irrelevant.
The only problem was signing not that good as they are re-developing,car park 1 was marked as car park 3
The car park is rether pricey and perhaps a bit narrow for large cars, but you cannot beat the convenience of having a multi-story car park within 2 min walk of your check-in desk. No need to wait for any busses.
We used the disabled section of this car park for the first time and were extremely pleased. It has clear visible signs where to park and good easy access to the airport. I noticed staff members around should anyone have required more assistance. The only problem I could see would be during severe bad weather as far as I could see there was no covered access.
Easy to use, just take a ticket on entry & press the button on exit and give the code. Got back 9pm Xmas day, had flat battery in car park, security was driving around & called up someone to get me started in 10 minutes, very good service.
Brilliant...but we did manage to get a space as soon as we drove into the car park, so very close to the exit and terminal
Excellent service. Parking details on net very precise and very easy to book on line. Very convenient as only 2 minutes walk across road for arrivals and departures. Far easier than using one of the off airport sites and very reasonably priced. We would certainly use this system again and would recommend it to all friends and family who use Birmingham airport
We found the parking very easy and the close proximity to the terminals was an added advantage as it meant we did not have to get on and off transfers with two young children and luggage. We would definitely use this car park again.
as we had our daughter and four grandchildren with us it was great to be parked so near to the terminal buildings. our flight was delayed but we were not held up getting to our car.
With 3 small children we didn't want leave our car off site and transfer in, hence we parked on site. This really suited us but it is quite expensive as opposed to alternative off site options.
A little daunting when arrived - what exactly to do but pressed the help button and it was simple. May have been a little more daunting if a queue of cars were behind me.
Probably the nearest mid/long-term car park to any airport in the UK! It is literally a matter of 3 or 4 minutes to cross the road into the terminal to check in. And from the time we landed to driving out of the car park was 40 minutes. Parking bays are nice and wide - and are all numbered so you can easily find your car on your return. All you need to do to exit is to press the button, wait for the attendant to reply and then give your booking reference - the barrier then lifts automatically. The only thing I can suggest to improve the service is that it would have been nice to get a 'Thank you sir' or 'Have a safe journey' from the voice at the other end. Little things make an impression! But wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Good value too.
We parked very easily, and on leaving was served very quickly and not complicated at all, we just pressed the button on the exit and we quoted our email no and was let out.
We had a carefree five days in Prague with the peace of mind of no pressure worrying about distant parking and the length of time a normal carpark transfer takes particularly on arrival back in the UK when we were in our car a few minutes after leaving the terminal.
