I did not fully understood the instruction , how to get out of the car park . As it emerged by asking other people that I had to press the attention button and give my reference and the barrier was lifted remotely. Some easier instruction would help .

After all the organising of the holiday items, insurance, car hire, transfers, this was a simple no fuss part of the holiday, and when you have a 4am start, I do not want to be waiting around in a cold car park for a courtesy bus. The terminal was a 3 minute walk from the car, and in fact I actually forgot something from the car and it was no hassle to walk back! This will be the only car park I will use in the future.

Generally a very good experience except for the lack of advance signing. The only sign for car park 1 is not obvious enough and can easily be missed. An advance warning sign 100m before the entrance would help
