Parking on the airport is very convenient but usually very expensive. This was simple to book and worked efficiently for a very good price.

It's a multistorey carpark directly opposite the terminal building. If you want parking then it would seem ideally suited to that purpose, and our car was in exactly the same spot we'd left it in when we returned. ;-)

The lift had been vandalised, ie labels showing levels had been wrecked therefore delays happen, causing problems down the line.

Easy access, had to go up a few levels to find a space - but then there were loads to choose from. Easy access (with pull along suitcases) to lifts and then just a 2min walk across the short stay car park to departures. I don't actually know if the parking staff were friendly and helpful as I didn't see any, but then I didn't need to as everything was automated and easy to use. Every space has its own number so you make a note of that on your ticket and there is no problem finding it on your return.

Ideal location once you find a space! However, the automatic vehicle registration did not work and therefore you need to have your booking reference number to hand on departure - this is not the same for all companies you book with.

Having read other reviews before booking at Short Term 1 my only concern was with the exit process as others had experienced problems. This has obviously been resolved. Even though we arrived back considerably later than planned, the barrier was raised instantly after quoting our ref code. I will certainly use this facility again.

I use the car park whenever I travel. The frequency of this will increase so I will use this car park whenever its available as long as its within the price capping limits of my company.

Everything was very simple. The instructions were clear and the entire experience was great value for money. Would definitely recommend and we will use again.

I found the whole experience easy. Arrived, parked and in the Terminal Building within 5 minutes. Just wish I'd booked it earlier to get a better price.
