APH Birmingham Parking reviews

APH parking was the cheapest parking we found so we weren't expecting a first class service - but that's what we got! They were professional and friendly, and we didn't have to wait to be taken to the airport as a coach was waiting. When we rang after landing in Birmingham it was just gone midnight - and the coach was already on its way to pick us up!! Fantastic service all round and lovely staff - we would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It is the first time i have used APH but i will use and recommend them again. Very secure parking and easy airport transfer.

Not expensive...easy transfere to and from Birmingham airport...bus was waiting on our retun...all in all very pleased and would use yiu again.

Easy to find and upon arrival at the car park we parked our car and a staff member put our luggage on the bus and on arrival at the airport they took everyones bags off. Upon return from holiday we only waited ten minutes and received the same brilliant service. Our car was ready for us to drive out. The premises are safe and secure and would recommend to friends and family. Overall brilliant, fantastic, value for money! :-)

needs a few more sign posts approaching the car park, missed the turn off due to the sign hidden away by bushes and trees in the dark

We found the handing over of the car and keys before departure extremely efficient, the only frustration was waiting for a bus to pick us up(20 minutes).

We have used APH Ham's Hall frequently and have never been disappointed. For this reason we can not comment on the alternatives as we never had reason to try the others.

The car park is very easy to find and is just minutes from the motorway network. The car park is very secure with a fast and easy check in procedure. The transfer to the airport was conducted on time and very swiftly. The return was operated in the same manner, all this combined with an excellent price makes this car park the sensible choice.

Our return flight was delayed and then diverted, and resulted in us getting back to the car a day later than the parking had been booked for. The staff were very helpful when they realised we had been delayed, and we were only charged an extra 3.30 pounds for 'overstaying' which I thought was very reasonable.

Have used APH again as I am very pleased with the service and will be using every time I need Birmingham Airport. See you in May APH
