Prompt delivery to airport, in good time, and was ready and waiting for us upon our return. Personal to us, but convenient location, as we would have had to drive past this on way to airport anyway. Can't fault it!

Although this parking is offsite. They were quick and we did not have to wait long. Would recommend.

First, sent my wife to the airport. Then travel alone to the car park according to the website 6 miles away from the airport but when I used my navigator phone is 10 miles away. I've tried to go there but it too much traffic. I've spent almost an hour to the traffic. If I continue I'm gonna be late. I don't have choice but to come back to the airport and park to the nearest real airport car parking. Even though quiet expensive still the airport car parking is the best to park because you already there and no hassle. Our plane almost left us. we our very late to check in. Because of this car park even though ill give more time to prepare to go there. I really disappointed and waste time and money for this car park.

I would not hesitate to use this service next time I travel from Birmingham. There are a number of other parks situated closer to the airport, but with a fast and regular transfer both ways this really isn't a problem, and the cost is significantly less at this site. Thank you to all concerned.

Efficient check in, transfer and collection at the end of the holiday. Would recommend this parking but book early as the price went up quite a bit from when we first looked at it online.

Never used airport car parking at Birmingham before but was very pleasantly surprised, everything was straight forward and easy, i will use APH again.

Efficient service and did not have to wait around for transfer despite our very early morning flight. Would recommend.

This service is great the transfer was good and return from the airport was good without a long wait for the return bus

Drop off and transfer to the airport was fine. Pick up on return was not a good experience. Took the shuttle 25 mins to arrive even though I was told they would come straight away. This at 10.25pm. It was cold and dark waiting at the bus stop. When the bus finally arrived we had to wait another 20 mins until it was full. This made the pick up time 60 mins which was too long.

Many thanks again to the kind gent who changed our flat tyre for the spare. And a warning to others not to try and beat the slow entry gate. The kerb is a tyre killer.

Booked as usual, I have noticed a slightly change on the operation of services but it is still as good as before and, for just under £53.00 I think it is very good value compared with other car parks that charge a lot more and no better services.

I price run car parking and this came up the cheapest . It was excellent value for money we had no problematic and wouldn't hesitate to book again 😄

Disappointing that APH couldn't reconcile a refund against my car which had to be repair transported off site on the first day of parking period.

The car park is easy to find and secure. Office staff helpful and friendly. Good price to. The drivers need to smile and be more helpful with luggage is as though they don't want to do their job!

First time i'd used airport parking but definately not the last! So easy and effortless, not to mention a lot cheaper than getting a taxi!! Highly recommend it.

Everything worked smoothly. The check-in procedure was quick and efficient and the regular shuttle service to the airport meant no long waiting times. Similarly, on my return there was only a short wait for the bus and my car was ready and waiting. All staff were friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in using the service again.

Excellent service with drivers who offer valuable information, cheerful and generally happy to help with luggage etc.

Booking system is quick and simple. Staff were polite and efficient on departure and return. Did not have to wait too long for the transfers. Would definitely use this service again.
