easy to find , helpful staff I had a flat battery on my return which was sorted straight away by the way it was minus 1 and one in the morning .

felt comfortable leaving car buses punctual drivers very friendly will be using again

for us its the right side of Birmingham airport therefore more convenient, also you provide a quick and easy service

Very good value for money but the only downside is the long travelling time to and from the airport during rush hour

The staff were very helpful; they held the bus as we were running late. On arrival back it all went smooth and quick. Well done.

Great place to park - easy access to M42 and north of Birmingham. But don't rely on satnav - follow APHs instructions!

System seems to work well. Only a very short wait for coaches in both directions. Shame there isn't a free phone number to call to alert the coach driver that you've landed and need to be picked up. Very good value.

It was the first time flying from birmingham so was all new we used APH parking as was cheaper then airport parking, finding the car park was easy using the directions the company gave us on website and using maps on mobile phone the drive was calm and we was relaxed and the feeling remained when arrived at APH no stress or hassel with polight staff we arrived at airport with plenty of time and remained stress free which is a great way to start a holiday couldnt find any fault with APH parking and we will be using APH again in future...

Arrived, staff friendly and little time waiting for the transfer to the airport. Came back , made the phone call and bus was there within 5 mins. No problems or issues, it all ran very smoothly. Will use again.

very pleased with customer service, transfers to the airport and back. This car park offers the best value for money. Will definitely use this airport parking service again and recommend to others.

All aspects were good they only complaint I would have is it took a long time to come and collect us from airport at 2.00 am. Apart from this it was excellent.

This is a no frills parking company. It ia efficient, punctual, drivers were a great help as we had 2 small children with us, would not hesitate in using again

Great punctual service, good value, but a bit further than expected from the airport

Good service for the price, providing you don't mind having to arrive earlier on the morning of your flight and wait around after your return flight for the transfers, which take exactly 15 minutes each way.

APH was good value travel instructions were clear and easy to follow. Staff were happy to help. The main downside was that the car park was a long way from the airport with the transfer taking 45 mins when waiting for the transfer bus to depart was included

Hassle free experience. After shuttle transferred us to the APH site, we had got our car in no time. Brilliant!
