Everything ran like clockwork,very efficient and reliable will be using them again and recommending to friends.

saves all the hassle of parking inside the airport....the parking site was easy to find and within ten minutes of parking the car we were at the airport.....the return journey was faultless also....will be definitely using this place again having saved all the details to rebook.....

The shuttle buses were clean and punctual. There was even a bus waiting for us when we alighted from the plane. However driver was a little grunpy. No acknowledgment even when i thanked him for his driving! However, reception staff very efficient and friendly.

A very professional company that has obviously invested in rigorous staff training. Although more expensive than other Birmingham car parks we would certainly use them again.

Easy to get to, drivers helpful to us as older driver and passenger, we used the airport car park last time not a patch on you.

Unable to think of a more safe and economical way in which to park your car and be able to rely on excellent service.

This parking facility is excellent. I have used them over a dozen times and would recommend them to anyone travelling from the airport. It is great value for money, try it.

Have used this service 3 times now and have always found it to be excellent. The procedure is uncomplicated and hassle free and I would have no hesitation in recommending APH to anyone looking for a premium service at a value price!

Good overall but the sign at the entrance needed to be more clearly lit as we missed this at 2am in the morning.I know your not supposed to leave valuables but the birthday card I left in the car had disappeared.Thankfully there was no money in it.

Arrival and parking was very efficient. Our only quibble was the chap who drove us to the airport, both on the way there and certainly upon our return, he seemed very reluctant to help us into the trailer with our heavy luggage. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that was his job. When he did manage to help, he threw bags into the back with absolutely no respect for what was inside them.

Was transferred to the airport as soon as I arrived. On return we were waiting for other passengers but after 15 minutes they took me back to the car park as a sole traveller as nobody else turned up. Good service.

Very friendly and helpful staff, not waiting for bus to arrive at airport. Easy and stress free way to get to and from the airport

I was very pleased with the service offerd by APH Birmingham Parking, especially in the help given to restart my car after finding a flat battery on my return from holiday.

Always very efficient, the drivers are friendly and most helpful, the price is right and I know that my car is secure and well looked after.

Went on a short break decided to park my car it worked out cheaper than getting a taxi from Leicester to Birmingham Airport. We had a very early flight and staff were very helpful and the system is quick and efficient. Hassle free. Would recommend this company to anyone going to Birmingham Airport.

very hard to find did not exist on sat nav, poor directions from staff I had to phone twice, toilets were horrid, bus very smelly

My only concern was the lack of APH signage to reassure we were on the right road. The satnav took us to BMW. I had seen the small sign in the bushes fortunately but it was not clear enough.

No real issues. Strange greeting but the whole operation was straightforward. Dropped off at bus stop A. Could have been told that we would be collected from the same point. Drivers friendly. Car collected without incident
