I am very pleased with the service provided by APH. Dropping off my car was easy and straight forward. The coach was on time and left us at departure. It was also on time on my return trip and collecting my car was equally easy. The staff were VERY courteous and friendly and I will not be using any other company other than APH! Customer Service is everything...it brings loyalty and because I have nothing to complain about I will remain loyal to APH for the brilliant service! I am a happy customer!

A convenient company to leave your car with! Had to wait a while for the bus to arrive in the feezing cold as we just missed one. I think there could be room for improvement but generally OK!

Could not fault anything about the service we got from APH. On arrival the staff in the office were very friendly, we felt the place was very secure, so gave us peace of mind leaving the car there. Great value for money, great service all round, would highly recommend them, the service we received was FAULTLESS. Well done to all at APH 10/10

Watch out for thieves here! the small change bag I kept for car parks tolls etc. was stolen out of the glove compartment. Other than this I could have recommended the service.

Have used the company more than once and never have any problems, we recommend them to our friends.

As the security gates rolled back, number plate recognitiom meant the staff already knew who we were before we arrived at reception. A bus was waiting so there was little delay once we had dropped our keys and climbed on board. The return was equally efficient: we phoned as we collected our luggage and a bus was waiting for us exactly as instructed when we left the terminal.Easy, hassle free and good value for money. We will definitely use this service again.

Friendly staff and very efficient. Although instructed to get the transfer coach for the return from the airport at bus stop 3A (I think!), the coach actually pulled in well past the stop, causing some people waiting at the stop to think it wasn't their transfer.

I do not know why when you telephone from the arrivals. the bus goes anyway and we waited 20 mins. it seems a waste of time telephoning.

Arrived 2 mins to check in and straight on the bus. pick up quick and within minutes of arriving at ahp we were on our way home

This was a good economical alternative to on site airport parking. I will use it again.

Arrived at 6am, despite the time the front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming. Bus went almost immediately and the driver informed us about where to go on our return Very quick and efficient when retrieving the car on return with equally nice front desk people. Thanks for the excellent service.

Birmingham airport parking is over priced so this car park will do well!

Arrived at 5am. Greeted with a smile and friendly coach driver.. On return, transfer coach arrived with 5 minutes. Car was ready and waiting. Staff efficient and friendly. Will definitely use APH again.

Easy to find well run off airport parking site. Counter staff provide a friendly and efficient welcome and the transfer bus drivers have allways been helpfull with loading and unloading luggage if you need help, without having to ask. This particular facility I think would benefit from upgrading its interior waiting area and capacity to accomodate more customers in bad weather and the winter months.

On our late night return a passenger was still unaccounted for. Rather than keep everyone waiting any longer, the driver left the airport. This was good for us, after waiting for someone who hadn't turned up!

Although I find it very hard to get excited over a car park using APH was quite pleasurable, easy to find and with very friendly and helpful staff so booking in was no chore , the very helpful coach drivers made getting on and off the coach with bags and children easy and all this added up to a great start to our holiday, thank you all.

Good value. Friendly driver. Didn't have to wait very long. There was plenty of space (even though they thought there was 3 of us, (we were only 2)-could be a problem if it was packed though) No problems though.

Excellent, did not need wait, but take it serious that notice, leave 45 minutes before your checking start. I booked a parking place from five, we arrived at 4 o'clock, they checked us in without any problem or comment, but we were lucky to arrived earlier, coz we waited almost half on hour on the bus, and get the airport before six. I was scared to be late! But we weren't, everything was in time:) It was my fault, next time do not need any stress, do not let us for our luck:)Back from the airport was quick without any waste of time. I just recommend them for everyone! See you next time!
