Great service. Good value for money. Have used twice now this year and no complaints whatsoever.

The place was easy to find and staff ready to help as soon as we arrived. Bus was waiting for us and trip to airport took about 15 minutes. On return we were surprised that the instructions told us to phone APH as soon as we arrived in the luggage hall - before we had collected our luggage. Consequently the bus was waiting or us when we got out of the airport. Very helpful and pleasant drivers. Would definitely use them again and recommend them too.

This was the first time I'd tried remote parking at BHX and won't be the last. Clear and simple online booking and instructions, then efficient and friendly staff on the desk, while the helpful driver put our bags on the bus. They even kindly sealed up our car's window which had unhelpfully failed in the down position just as we pulled into the car park. Return was a very prompt pick up by the bus and we were able to load up the bags in a downpour without getting wet, the car was about 15 yds from reception. Added bonus for us was the location is two junctions nearer to home on the M42.

Aph Birmingham was a great service. I can't fault a single part of the service from the initial online booking. This is exactly how airport car parking should be. Highly recommended!!

All in all took 30 mins from arrival to airport. Was cheapest around. Professional staff . Buses often . Just make sure you don't rely on sat nav as is on industrial estate .

I rang the park at 12.30 am, which was very late and the transfer coach was their within 10 minutes, which meant that I could get home more quickly.

Warning that another airport parking company use 'Bus Stop A' as well would be helpful as we returned to the wrong car park!

Excellent service,nothing too much trouble,buses waiting when we got to the bus stop.no waiting about car ready when we arrived at APH parking so we set off home straight away.would use them again.

The parking was one of the best we've used, easy to find, quick efficient service and very helpful staff especially as we were running late.

Delivered car no problem, bus left in 2 minutes. (Collection) Arrived airport phoned, through baggage in 20 minutes bus waiting. What more could you ask for. Staff excellent and helpful, very good value for money. Certainly use this car park service again.

It's so simple park car at reception hand in key get on bus and start your holiday

From arriving at the car park everything was so straight forward, staff pleasant and polite. Will use again when flying from Birmingham airport.

Its always hassle on the way to an airport but APH remove much of it. You drop your car off at reception and book in. Your car is then removed to a secure place and your transfer under way within 5 minutes. You are droppped about 10 metres from the departure lounge and collected at the same point . The coach was waiting and we were whisked away after a short delay of no more than 10 minutes. On arrival at APH i hardly had time to finish my name before the keys to my car were being handed to me and the 20 meter walk to my car was under way. The security code for departure from the compound was another reassurance.

Signage at the airport for where the buses are isn't good. We ended up at the wrong part of the line of stops and at the end of a long journey, could have done without even that minor hassle. APH could give better guidance on where to find the relevant busstop. Apart from that, everything worked fine

This was my first time using an off site car park, & the staff made everything really easy. Very friendly, even helped putting the bags on to the bus. Will use again.
