No hassle whatsoever. Representative was there when they said he would be; no endless forms to sign; friendly and helpful. It was almost pleasurable returning to the UK!

We booked fly drive Wednesday to Wednesday not realising we landed after midnight on the Wednesday. The driver said he had attended the airport the early hours of the night before and tonight he had, had to wait for us. The driver asked for 15.00 cash to release our car. We had a baby in our party, it was the early hours of the morning and I certainly was not handing over cash. I wanted to take time to consider my position and asked the driver to bill me. He said I haven't got your details so I gave him a business card. He still refused to release my car. I told him I didn't have cash and I needed a bill to challenge the surcharge. After an argument he let us go. As I understand it fly drive attend the airport when you ring them, not until. I found the service appalling and I am considering reporting the whole issue to trading standards. The driver was demanding money to release my car it was akin to extortion, particularly when demanding cash with no paper trail.

Birmingham Airport is easy in use and the Meet & Greet is no different.. The service from Drivefly could not be faulted.

Arrival worked very well but was left waiting in the rain on return trip! We noticed when we dropped off the car that the paperwork had the wrong time for return trip arrival and despite telling the driver nothing was changed! In future it might be worth telling customers to call on landing as there was not enough time for you to bring the car once we had collected our bags!

Booked meet & greet online, out on 10th & return on 17th April. Had confirmation that showed same day (10th)return? Went online again to edit thinking I had maybe made a mistake. Same thing happened again, this time showed in & return on 17th! Phoned the actual car park and was told that they couldn't amend so finally got through to HQ and was told they would change dates but the cost would now be 50 instead of the booked price of 30. Had confirmation so thought all was sorted. Arrived at Birmingham and car was collected after about 10 min wait (phoned before arrival as instructed). Sitting by the pool on holiday and got a phone call (now early am on 17th) asking when I would arrive at the airport to drop car off! Explained that they had had the car since the 10th. A few minutes while this was checked and apology as date was entered twice on the system. Arrived back pm and phoned when bags arrived. Quite a long queue to get through immigration so expected car to be waiting. It wasn't, made two phone calls from car park and car finally turned up 25 cold minutes later. Still a cheap service compared to others, car had 16 miles on clock, no damage!

I only booked their services the day before we went on holiday. We contacted them shortly before arriving at the airport, and they met us precisely where and when they said they would. The same happened on our return, so we're pleased and would recommend this company.

When we were going to the airport we called them and straight away they had our phone number and recognised me which was really good and we got there later than we should have because of some congestion on the way, but they were there and they were really nice, On the way back the car was in the car park within 15 minutes of calling and it was raining terribly but the driver did not rush anything and was really polite. In general a great service and nice people running it as well. A better price would be great but I guess that is Birmingham airport policy to set the prices so high. Thanks DriveFly

Driver was waiting for me on drop off, just a few minutes wait on departure. Relatively expensive but probably the going rate for meet and greet.
