Airparks Parking reviews

Very convenient for Birmingham and much cheaper than NCP. As a Birmingham user several times a year I am happy to use this facility every time (summer or winter) They are quick and efficient and my car is always parked close by for collection.

Easy to find, very helpfull receptionist but it would have nice to be able to sit on the bus and wait whilst the driver was having a cup of tea as we was left in the cold wind waiting. Perhaps a courteouis good morning from staff members would not go amiss either. Otherwise a great value for money experience.

Everything was superb down to the price and staff on the bus, however as the summary highlights above I found the staff at the check in when we arrived on sat stressed me out being unhelpful and rude when I could not locate my refernce number.

Not sure about the car park's location - seemed we drove for miles through built up area off motorway to get to it. Glad we used the service to have our car awaiting us at the airport on return however £25 seemed rather pricey for this service on top of the car parking fees. Unlikely to use again for these reasons sorry!

Not sure where the car had been parked though, it was FILTHY when I got it back.

Efficient, competatively priced car park. Hadto wait half an hour for trasport back to car park as bus was full leaving only 4 of us - which at 2am wasnt pleasant - however for £25 you can have your car delivered!

Our arrival and departure went without a hiccup, we didn't have to wait long at all for either transfer and the staff were very helpful and friendly, which is exactly what you need when you land in the middle of the night! I'm very pleased with their service and value for money and shall be returning as I have in the past, year after year!

I have used Airparks on a number of occasions and never had a problem parking, using the shuttle bus or finding my car on return. The service is easy to use on the internet and very cost effective. I have no negative comments at all.

Airparks parking at birmingham gives you excellent service thoughout. Happy welcoming smile even at three in the morning. transfer to and from airport smooth, oh yeah and it's cheap as well which makes it all the better. Thank you airparks, Wouldn't hesitate to book again or tell freinds.
