The parking is relatively close to the airport so getting to the site was simple (I have used some others further away). The process was straightforward both to book and to register at the parking site. There was a coach sheduled to leave almost immediately and the staff did everything to ensure we caught that coach (they leave every 15 minutes). There was a coach at the airport on our return and we were soon picking up our vehicle from the parking site.

The wait at the airport on the return journey was longer than published.Staff were quite abrupt at check in, did the job but not friendly and welcoming. Perhaps a smile was an extra cost.

even easier than parking on site and more reassured security of the car whilst away. professional drivers for transfer who were very friendly. receptionist was very efficient, excellent service all round.

The cost of this service was low in comparison to other providers closer to the airport. Whilst the staff were friendly enough, what they did seemed regimental and routine. I didn't expect to leave my keys and have a member of staff locate the car although this worked well upon return as the car was close to the bus drop off but had been moved at least once since it was left. However, I had a fault with my drivers side electric window which I found to be partially down upon my return and nothing was mentioned. I could have experienced a wet interior had it rained but fortunately, it had not. Although the location is close to the airport, it is 'around the houses' and therefore you do go round several roundabouts and junctions to and from the park.

Our flight was delayed by 25 hours,so i asked my husband (he was in the UK) to ring Airparks to inform them and to ask if they could arrange for the car to be at the arrivals terminal for me. On our arrival there was my car, cleaned of all ice and snow, tyres pumped up and lovely and warm for me to just get in and go. A really great service and would reccommend this company to anyone who is travelling from Birmingham Airport.

Need to follow directions to carpark and allow sufficient time to and from the airport.The car was kept safe and secure, with plenty of space to prevent damage and easy access. We would be pleased to use the parking facilities again

staff excellent. I left my mobile in the car the bus driver could not wait for me to collect it. I popped into the office to tell the receptionist i had left it in my car,when i came back from my holiday the phone was put in the glove compartment.The you to your trust worthy staff.terry fallon

The reception was smooth and helpful and we arrived in plenty of time. On our return it was so easy, a short walk to where our car was waiting making our journey home that much more pleasant.

Although we found the parking area from the motorway, we didn't find the directions too acurate. The check in process was quick & simple and easy to understand and use & a bus was waiting to take passengers to the airport, so we didn't have to wait around at all. The staff were efficient, but not particularly smiley or friendly. The journey from the car park to the airport took approx 10 mins or so through a residential area so was not affected by rush hour or heavy traffic. On the return we waited approx 10 mins at the relevant bus stop for the bus. The return journey to the car park was quick & uneventful & once we arrived, key & car collection was very quick and easy. However we were the only customers at this time of day so cannot comment if the service is the same at a peak time of year. We would definately use this service/car park again.

Excellent service that far exceeded our expectations, will definitely use again next time .

The check-in person took forever to process each person and we missed one transfer bus as it took over 30 minutes to check our car in. They did not appear to have peoples reservations on their computer. When we returned on 1st November as planned and paid for, we were told we needed to pay one extra days parking as we were one day late.

We had the car delivered to the airport on our return, which was late at night and cold, so the extra cost was worth paying.

Signage back to the main motorways--were very few and far between which is not a fault of the car parks but the loca; authority Thank you Julie Jones

Wetravelled on a Sunday so not sure if conditions were typical for every day travel, but our experience was quite painless and efficient. Easy check in and prompt transfer to airport. Loading luggage not too difficult.No phone calls necessary on return, pick up bus arrived shortly and car and keys ready and waiting for quick exit on to major roads. Excellent service and very good value.

Firstly the girl on reception had an attitude and was very unhelpful even another passenger on the bus mentioned it. 30 mins is to long to wait between buses it should be 20 mins at the most. I would not book again with air parks. Regards K Lewington

From the time that I arrived at the car park to the time I returned to pick my car up I found the whole operation went very smoothly and efficiently.I will definitely be using Airparks again in the future.

i will use this parking facility agaian when ever i fly from birmingham.it was convenient and the transfers were on time and the reception is excellent

In the middle of nowhere, almost impossible to find without a sat nav, and staff were miserable. I regretted not paying the extra and parking elsewhere

Have used this car park for years - so much more convenient than Hams Hall - will get back to the quick transfer to the airort when road works finished - does make it a little longer at present.

Everything is was fine at the depot. On the return from the airport there was no organisation getting back onto the buses. Leading to a free for all to get on the buses. Which nearly boiled over amongst other passengers
