Staff were very friendly,polite and efficent in checking and out the car. The frenquency of the buses to and from airport were very good, only the distance to the airport to car park is long. Price wise i felt it was just a bit on the pricy side. Apart from that all the other bit were very good and will most likely use you for the trip.

First time using Airparks Parking,really satisfied with check in staff and transfer to airport.On return,again satisfied with check out staff.Should off site airport parking be needed again,will most definately choose Airparks again.

I paid to have my car delivered to the airport upon my return. I was told to phone from the baggage area, which I did. However, I would have then expected the car to be waiting for me when I emerged from the arrivals hall, but it was not there. I had to phone again after waiting 20 minutes approximately, the car was then brought to me a good 10 minutes after that. I would have hoped that the fee would have ensured a swifter service than that experienced.

from the moment we arrived in the car park the staff were on hand to help and the office staff offered me the service of meet and greet after our holiday for £25.... which after a tiring journey back from our holiday and arriving in the middle of the night it was great to just have the car at the airport so we could just get home. the service for me was great value for money as the carpark is well secure and i felt confident leaving my carkeys with them ......i would use them again!!!

Once again we were very satified with the service we received in relation to this car park. Whenever we we fly from Birmingham this will be our first choice for parking.

After parking my car in the car lanes adjacent to the office I unloaded the the cases and we made our way to the office to check in the car. The attendant opened the window and told us to leave the cases outside at the bus stop and then to go in and wait for the bus to arrive, the cases were not to be brought into the waiting room, something that we would not do as this is against all advice not to leave luggage unattended at any time, since anyone could tamper with them. The attendant obviously did not like it when I declined to pay another £25 for the priveledge of having my car delivered to the aiport on our return or to have the car washed whilst we were away. The accuracy of the details on the web site regarding the distance from the Car Park to the Airport is questionable as it was stated that it was 1.6 mls. away but traveling was more like 6.6 mls. The positive aspect was that the drivers were courteous, helpful and on time.

I was disappointed when we returned that no one helped get our luggage to the car and into the car. It was taken out for us when we arrived. The bus drivers were very good and helpful, as i say the only blight was after we got back to the car park we are both disabled and ages 83 and 70 but on the whole very pleased. Thankyou

This was meant to be a survey not a comment shop! We have sued Mackadown Laneon many occasions and have never had any complaints.

We have used Airparks, dozens of times over the years it is at the right price & easy to get to from south of B'ham,& we have never had a problem. This time our flight home was delayed by several hours but they did'nt try to charge any extra all in all a good service.

Staff not very helpful, baggage had to be loaded/unloaded by myself.Driver did not speak once through out journey (6 miles) I parked at Bristol because my original flight had been cancelled because of snow and a refund was refused even though we notifed the office as soon as we found out (the staff at Expedia did not know of the cancelation until notified by me)

The barcode system used by Airparks Parking works impressively, and the coach transfers were prompt and quicker than the advertised timings. To be recommended

I have been using airparks regularly for three years and although they are not perfect,they are still, in my opinion, the best available.

They were all very nice etc, efficient - we opted for meet & greet on return which as brilliant - would defo recommend. Possible could do with buses running more often but didn't affect us as we left plenty of time.

kept waiting on arrival - but transfer out was ok. Return journey was pretty poor - it was late and raining and we were kept waiting for over 15 minutes under a shelter taht was technically fenced off. All other car park transfer companies had several buses coming and going in the same time. Even after the bus arrived we had to wait a further 15 minutes for no apparent reason. Signage in and out of the car park was appaling.

The price was very good and the service in the office was efficient and helpful. There was a problem with waiting for coaches when we landed. There was a long queue that was mixed with another queue, this led to confusion over loading as the two buses arrived together. We ended up waiting over 20 mins in rain and cold becuause the first bus was full.

Took all the stress out of getting to the airport. Definitely worth the money.

We have used this carpark a couple of times. Good value for money and no problems. Be aware that the transfer bus only runs approx once every 30 mins, so make sure you allow enough time.
