Close to airport, quick check-in and comfortable journey to airport. Prompt and courteous pick-up on return.

Staff waiting for us at Cardiff Airport. No hanging around at all. Excellent service.

Can't complain about the Highwayman. Well-organised and did not worry about our vehicle as the security seemed well-covered! Friendly staff and nice to be asked if any shopping was required on our return.

Could be better signposted' I had a little difficulty finding the carpark; other than that, I was pleased with the service.

First class service, transferred to and from the airport immediately. No waiting around, and the carpark is close by so transfers are completed quickly.

During my holiday, my father passed away and I abandoned my holiday after 3 days. Upon my return I needed my car urgently and when I contacted Highwayman the attendant extracted my car, with some difficulty because he was on his own and made it ready for collection in less than an hour. I was very grateful for this.

This is the first time I used Highwayman parking, first class, helpful driver on transfers. It was great not to have to contact them when we had landed, and hang around waiting for the transfer bus. I would certainly recommend them.

We were delayed by 10hrs in Palma and the Highwayman driver had to wait an hour at Cardiff for us while our baggage was arriving. He was polite and helpful as all the drivers have always been over the past 5 years that we have used their service.

Soon as we exited the airport the buses were there, no need to phone, they keep watch on the arrival board.

Instructions on getting there were easy to find. Coming back home in the dark (not remembering route back to M4) found a bit awkward (but that's my memory!). Dropped off and picked up efficiently. Thank you.

Had no worries from the time the car was dropped off. Return flight was 40 minutes early returning but minibus waiting with keys to transfer us back to the car which was parked up and ready to leave. Truly an excellent service which I have no hesitation in recommending and using again.

Very convenient parking for Cardiff Airport, transfer time to and from airport less than 10 minutes. Staff were very obliging, hadn't received confirmation of our booking which had only been made shortly before departure date, but it was sorted without any fuss and the transfer bus which was just about to leave for the airport, waited for us to book in. It was also very helpful that our car had been moved from the security parking area to a more accessible parking space, allowing us to step off the transfer bus and straight into our car for a quick get-away.

Very pleased with arrangements. Problem with other users on same flight as they had not checked their return dates before-hand or when they left their car.

I found the staff at Highwayman parking to be very friendly. The car was ready in the car park and we did not have to wait around.

I will definitely use it again when I fly from Cardiff airport. Good value for money, polite gentleman in charge of the transfer vehicle who handled all our luggage.
