Single track lane to get there, however convenient to the air port. Transfer buses were on time. Food also available at the pub next door.

We were late as we misread the directions to the parking (didn't get the mileage countdown thing!) but were rushed to the airport in plenty of time, no fuss made. Home journey equally quick and car on hand ready with no hauling of siutcases anywhere. Many thanks.

Staff triendly and very helpful. Helped with luggage. Convienient to airport and easy to drive to. No walking until you reach terminal! They are waiting for you when you arrive back and take you straight away to your car. Ate before going to airport in Highwayman. Good food and quick. Will use Highwayman everytime we fly from Cardiff.

In a whole i would most definatly do it again. I never before used this sort of service but after the hassel free transfers, I would use them again! Well done guys! Keep up your well maintained service! :o)

Thank you SO much for your very friendly and reliable service. Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and made everything easy even when I had a problem with lost property at the airport on my return. I can't recommend your service enough and will definately use Highwayman again.

This was a first class and realiable service that I would most certainly recommend to anyone. I will definately use this company again!!!

i was annoyed to find over 20 miles had been added to my mileage as i checked it on arrival...also my radio channel had been changed over & i was not impressed at havin to wait for the bus to come back for me...as there were other people waiting too... being a single parent with 4 children that late , in the rain was not fun and if u knew how many people were arriving, there should have been 2 buses provided

very good management of car parking and transfer. better than other facilities used in the past. will use service again.

Not only the cheapest, but the best! First class service - really friendly and professional. Flight late coming back & delay in baggage hall - but minibus waiting for us with the keys outside. Car all ready to go. Don't consider parking anywhere else!!!

Staff / drivers very helpful. I also had a valet which was great for £35. Would and have recommended it. Less lugging of case as dropped right at entrance.

the driver was pleasant and very efficant both ways, but the advert regarding the haghway man pub, was false and miss leading. on entrance at bottom of lane it had a big banner open for breakfast, on parking our car at sise of pub, yet another banner open for breakfast 9 am, we were then told they do not open until miday, as pleasant as the parking staff were we will not be using this place tp park again. i hate being mislead thank you mrs a chilcott, oh by the way this was 9 30 am

Full information given about flight details - ie. running on time and even information given as to whether a delay is possible. Due to this up to the minute flight information you can be also assured that the Highwayman Parking bus will also collect you even if your flight is severely delayed - Superb - I will not hesitate to use this facilty again especially as you can have breakfast,lunch or evening meal in the pub next door prior or following your flight

Fantastic service. Couldn't fault it. Booking in and delivery to airport was quick (they even recorded our mileage - presumably so that we knew our car had not been used while we were away).In the carpark waiting for us on arrival without us having to ring them!

We were very pleased with the drop-off and pick-up service. However, our group of six were very fortunate to get on the second minibus as a small number of people were left and had to wait for the first minibus to make the return journey which must have taken about 10-15 minutes. At that time of night (10pm) if that had been our group which included a toddler, we would have been very annoyed.

When I returned to my car at the car park, my car had been parked awkwardly in a corner and one of the fron wheels was up on a steep kerb! Although I attempted to carefully lower the car off the kerb the cars fender caught the kerb scuffing the fender edge. Needles to say I was not impressed!

Had a lot of trouble finding the place! The instructions could be made easier to follow by putting in a few more landmarks (you need to know your on the right track) and, maybe, an instruction not to take a certain exit/entrance.

The competitive price obtained through simplyparking.com made the deal very attractive and the service was great. Negotiating narrow lanes is a drawback but not a deal-breaking one.

This was a really good service. Very friendly people and bang on time to take us and collect us from the airport. Very professional, we got back to the car park and our car was out and waiting for us.Only downside was finding the place when we got there at 4am-its down a little country lane which doesnt look like it goes anywhere but does!!

When you arrive, you park your car at the entrance. You check your car in and give your car key and mileage. The shuttle bus was ready to take us straight to the airport, which only took 5 minutes and dropped us right outside. On our return, the shuttle bus was already waiting outside the terminal and we went straight back to get our car. They leave the car at the Highwayman Inn pub so there's no time wasted hunting down your car. It was an excellent experience from start to finish and would certainly use this service again. There is also the opportunity to have your car valeted whilst you're away, which we did and it was done well.
