Will def be using the service again, everything was hassle free from start to finish and it made things so easy. Didn;t even have to worry about finding a parking space as everything is done for you. Thanks for everything, c u next year!

punctual, friendly and helpful: couldn't have asked for a better service.

We couldn't find the Highwayman Parking for a start but that was mainly our fault, we didn't realise how far away it was from the airport. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an agressive, miserable, unprofessional man who directed us into car parking spaces whilst shaking his head at us. We walked into the office and waited for him to finish serving customers in front of us. I asked him if he wanted the confirmation number and he was SO RUDE I could've nearly cried. He looked at me like I was something off his shoe and very rudely said "WHY WOULD I WANT THAT, WHAT USE IS THAT TO ME?" I was taken aback, so was my Mum and 12 year old brother, my boyfriend continued to deal with the man as I just couldn't speak anymore. He was digustingly rude and I would never recommend this to anyone. He ruined the start of my holiday!

However, I do think the website should explain more clearly where the drop off and pick up occurs at the airport. It is not explained that it is a five minute walk to the terminal building. With three children and luggage it was not the easiest start or end to the holiday. Otherwise the parking facilities, check in, bus, staff was good.

Very difficult to find due to lack of clear directions along the road. Very long walk especially for an elderly couple pulling two suitcases from being dropped off by the minibus to the terminal building at 5am in the morning! We would have to think twice about using this facility in the future.

Really friendly staff, excellent customer service/communication. Transferred me straight away to the airport and were not cross with me for being late! They were there to pick me up when I returned. All very efficient.

It would be helpful to inform customers that there is quite a walk to the terminal from the drop-off point.

I was very impressed with general level of service. However, we were only told on the day that the minibus would not be dropping us at the terminal building of Cardiff airport and had to walk a few hundred yards with cases/pram etc.. The reason for this was due to works being undertaken at the airport which I can accept but why weren't we told before hand.

we had never been to cardiff airport or the highwayman carpark, the directions were clear and easy to follow. when we arrived the staff were efficient and professional. The transfer took a couple of mins with a very friendly driver, the pick up details that were given were also clear. When we arrived back the mini bus was waiting for us, we got back very quickly, with a nice driver again, the car was waiting and off we went. No problems, will definatly use them again

The staff were friendly and helpfull, they were very punctual and efficient, therefor taking the stress of getting to the airport on time away.I would definately use their service again.

I use the same type of service in Bristol Airport and it really is not a patch on Cardiff Highwayman parking. I was not a 100% on how to get to the pub, I rang on the morning of my flight and they guide me in with exact directions. All the staff were very professional and a very easy to deal with, the lobby was clean and professional looking. The vans that bought me to the airport were new and clean. When I was getting out at the airport they informed me that they new the time of my return flight and they would be waiting to pick me up at the same place. On arrive my flight was delayed, despite this they were waiting as stated to pick me up with the driver in contact with the base by walky talky. When we were dropped at the pub to pick up our cars all the cars were out of the main parking lot and waiting to be driven away. The driver of the bus had our keys and it really was such a pleasure compared to the service in Bristol. I would have no hesitation what’s so ever in recommending this business for the service provided as well as the value for money. I would also like to say that I never post internet reviews but I found it helpful when picking this company and the business was such a pleasure to deal with.

This was the first time we used the service and were very pleased with the punctuality, ease of booking in and friendly staff - especially at 4.00am. We thought it was particularly good value for money

Very quick, effective, staff extremely helpful. We almost missed the plane but thanks to great service we were at check in just on time. Thank you.

modern coaches friendly drivers,even at 0100 hrs. depot hidden away in the village. there are signs,but concentrate on finding tne village!!

A little difficult to find but well worth the effort.Will definitely use it again.

Although we arrived at 0515 in -5 degrees and darkness, check in was easy and we were soon in the terminal. On the return we arrived back at the same time as a delayed flight, so we did have a 15 minute wait while they got everyone back in the 2 minibuses.

departed immediatly for the airport and was shown where to meet the bus on our return. We were delayed 19 hrs on our return but the bus was there waiting for us and delivered us safely to the car in the snow

Good value for money compared to the Long stay carpark at the airport. Customer service was excellent. We actually missed our flight back but got this wasn't a problem. Would reccommend them to anyone
