We decided to use the Highwayman as the description said it was close to the airport. When I passed the airport I saw one sign of the main road and no other signs at all. I had to ring the highwayman for directions and because the parking was difficult to find we were too late at check in to sit together. I will not be using this facility again as it is to far from the airport, up difficult country roads with no signposting at all.

Worth mentioning the Highway Inn. We didn't use it but probably would have if we had known about it.

Parked recently at Cardiff Airport. Great service; friendly staff and what was very surprising which does not always happen at other airports - the bus was waiting when we came out of the terminal - as promised!! Very Good Service. If any negative comment. The signs to the parking could be a little better and not everyone has a sat nav....................otherwise, great service and will certainly use again! Well Done!

You could mention that you have a signpost,on the B4265 St Athens Road, showing when to turn down the lane. I found this helpful as I came in from the Bridgend area (via Google map)

Dopped off by car which had everything switched on fully to clear misting. No one waited to see if everything was alright but cleared off without checking. Car left parked in gear up against a fence which could well have caused a possible accident. If any problems had arisen you were left to your own devices.

Only mishap as far as we were concerned the driver who took us told us that we would be picked up outside the Arrivels lounge, where we waited on our return only to see the minibus pass us and waited in the small car park were we were dropped. Luckily it was not raining.

Have flown from Cardfiff many times before - this is the first time I have used the Highwayman service - the first of many I hope. An excellent service - reasonable , fast and effecient.

We were very impressed with the service and will use it again. Transfers were excellent and it was very good value for money

This facility gets better every time I use it. The new set up couldnt be bettered

Arrival was easy and the transfer to the airport excellent. When we retruned we found the bus waiting in the car park for us.

We would certainly not hesitate to use them again. Their service was extremely good both before and after our holiday.

The whole process from booking the parking to arriving back to the car at the end of our holiday was great. Drivers were helpful and pleasant and were waiting for us when our plane landed. Would definately use again.

I did find it odd that I called the venue direct to book and was told there was no roon but on booing through an agency there was space availble????

Directions not very good especially when travelling in the dark, but once found fantastic service, mini bus waiting on return and dropped off alongside car. Would use again.

The service provided was efficient and excellent value for money, and there were no problems despite the fact our plane home was several hours delayed.

Easy and efficient service. Very prompt with no 'hanging around' waiting to be transfered to airport and back, as there was a bus waiting on both occasions.

The transfer to the airport was quick and efficient, with polite and helpful staff. On our return, although our flight was early, the mini bus was waiting for us, we were handed the car keys, and on our return to the car park, the car was waiting for us adjacent to the road. We were very impressed with the efficiency and would certainly use this car park again and recomend it to friends.

The directions to the Highwayman were excellent and easy to follow. The staff were very pleasant and efficient and made the whole experience very comfortable.I would certainly recommend this servie to anyone.

Once again, the highwayman were efficient and on time. This was especially pleasing as my return flight had been delayed by 24hrs. Despite this, they were at the airport waiting for me with my keys. Given delays in air travel with a family of four, this was very helpful. I would certainly recommend Highwayman to travellers.
