Easy and straight forward, we will definitely be using this service when ever we fly from cardiff in the future.

Almost had to park in main Cardiff carpark as sat nav doesn't find it and it's very badly signposted. Especially when your trying to find it at 4am and the reception wasn't answering the phone, found it eventually but almost missed my flight!!! Needs more sign posts. But once you have found it once, its a value for money parking service

First time I have flown from Cardiff in years, was so easy and efficient, never used the Highwayman before will definitely use again if I fly from Cardiff.

From the online booking, until we picked up our car at the end of our holiday, every stage was carried out in a proficient and professional manner.We arrived at the transfer bus after midnight and the two drivers were helpfull and cheery, even at that late hour. well done. we will use this parking company again.

all round a good parking soloution and value for money give yourself time to find as it was luck than judgement.

Arrived at the car park and ten minutes later was standing outside the airport, same on return, most efficient service yet.

We found the company very efficient both on arrival and collection from the airport. Unfortunately we found the instructions given very difficult to follow at 6 a.m. dark and in very bad rain. However we did find you, exactly how we are not sure and found friendly and efficient service once there.

On my return, I did not even have to telephone! They were there waiting as promised!

It's fair to say that finding Highwayman parking for the first time is a little tricky as it is down some small lanes, but once you done it the first time, it beccomes pretty obvious, so allow yourself a little extra if it's your first time. They've also given all the info you need on your confirmation, so make use of that too (TIP: street-view before you set off is a great idea!) The office was empty when we arrived but a courteous fella appeared and checked us in. He confirmed the return details and opened up the van for us. A short ride through the back lanes of the airport got us there without a hitch. On the return leg we formed a queue at the pick up point. NOTE: this is an uncovered spot so if the weather's poor, you'll be unprotected. When we started to queue we were about 12th in the queue, with the van that was there already loaded. Your keys were returned to you just before getting on the bus and you were dropped off back at The Highwayman. It couldn't be any simpler and easy. The only word of caution, as mentioned earlier, is after arriving from a hot climate in the early hours of Sunday morning, we had to queue without cover when there was potential of rain (luckily it held off) and there were two vans running a shuttle-service, so we ended up waiting about 15 minutes to get on one. That in itself isn't an issue, but be prepared to pack sensible clothing if travelling at night time hours or if the weather's poor on arrival.

I have the impression that with the closure of Airparks this facility struggles to cope at busy periods ( as does Cardiff Airport). Did not see where the car is parked during time away but I am a bit concerned that when I picked the car up, it was from the p ub car park. Is this a potential security weakness!?!?!?

Enjoyed a nice mealand a bottle of wine before we went to the airport would recomend starting your holiday here service very friendly

Everything was very good but have since found some scratches on the front bumper which were definitely not there before, cannot say for sure they were aquired in the parking but seems pretty certain, pity really.

This was the first time we have used the Highwayman. On arrival we parked our car,got out and a guy washing a car gave us a cheery Hello,this continued with the staff at the check in office,really pleasant. We opted to have a drink at the pub,once we had finished we got straight onto the mini bus and away to the airport. On our return the driver was there waiting for us,delivered us back to the Highwaymen,where our car was sitting there waiting for us,brilliant. We will definitely use the Highwayman again, and would like to thank everyone concerned for looking after us.

very good value for money courteous staff and very little time wasting

We have used the parking at Highwayman on a number of occasions and each time have found the service to be first class. From the point of booking the car in, it was amatter of minutes before we were being transfered to the airport on the mini bus. On our return we were delayed by approximately 3 hours, but on walking out of the airport there were 3 mini buses already waiting to take us back to our vehicles. On arrival at the parking area we were dropped off right next to our vehicle, in fact were able to load ourbags straight off the mini bus into our car. At 3.30am on a cold Monday morning this could not have been better. Excellent service, excelllent value for money, holiday with the knowledge your vehicle is locked up in a safe secure area. n the journey to the airport my daughter was sick in the car. On arrival at Highwayman we arranged a valet (extra cost) due to the mess everywhere. The staff were very helpful and the car was immaculate on our arrival home. The parking service was great, the staff were friendly and the return transfer was prompt. Would recommend and will use them again!

Didn't have to wait either on departure or return. My car ready and conveniently parked to load luggage and get away. Couldn't ask for more.

We got back to the car park after midnight with three tired kids and low and behold the car wouldnt start, it was raining cats and dogs freezing cold, my partner went to the office for help within ten minutes we were on our way home,thanks to the staff on duty

Everything fine apart from pickup on return trip Our plane landed at 9.02 not 9.10 as stated. to our amazement our cases were 1st off carousel this meant we we outside waiting for Highway man bus by 9.20.It was a terrible night pouring with rain and freezing cold with no shelter. we tried phoning Highwayman without success. At 9.30 2 Highwayman buses arrived but by then we were soaked. we were told they keep an eye on flights and bus would be there to meet us. This was not the case it would have been better to use airport car park. rest of the service was fine but not sure we would use Highwayman again.
