we have used this company several times in the past and will carry on using them

Fast, efficient and friendly. And cheaper than any other parking. Will definitely be using everytime from now on. The only thing I'd say is make sure you check the directions on google maps before you go, don't rely on sat navs as they'll lead you to the wrong place!

Travelled with them over many years and they have been excellent every time.

Absolutely brilliant service very punctual my flight got delayed by 5 hrs and were more than happy to rearrange pick up time will defanitly use again

Good service from start to finish. Quick and efficient transfers and car parked in a easy access space on return.Will definately use again when flying from Cardiff.Valu for money definately.

You do need to follow the map to find it, but the service from start to finish was first class. Really friendly helpful staff. The coach was waiting for us, and lovely and warm! I couldn't fault the service and the cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!!

staff very helpful,bus very clean and comfy, driver very chatty, information on were to be picked up after holls, very good. Well worth arriving early and having meal next door before leaving.

Very friendly welcome. If there had been time we could have enjoyed a breakfast at The Highwayman Inn before transfering to the airport. The minibus driver was very funny with a dry sense of humour, just what you needed before you begin the "airport experience" of the check in queue & discharge lounge. Were told the minibus would be waiting for us on our landing back at Cardiff Airport, which it was. The equally friendly young lady driver & very warm minibus (it was 1.30am & very chilly)was also extremely welcome. Although not cheap it would cost a lot more to park at the airport.

Travelled to Ibiza from Cardiff Airport in August 2011. On arrival at The Highwayman I parked our car and entered the office with my car key and mileage. I was booked in within 2 minutes and the minibus was waiting. The driver helped with luggage and also my disabled son's walking frame and buggy. Transfer was efficient and friendly. The driver gave clear instructions regarding our return journey. On our return we walked out of the airport, the minibus was waiting and the driver returned our car key whilst placing our luggage onto the bus. 15 minutes later I was driving my car home. The parking area looked secure with a strong, spiked security fence and cameras. I can honestly say I would recommend this service to anyone needing to park for Cardiff Airport as the service was excellent.

A simple booking in procedure followed by a swift ride to the airport terminal. Prompy pick up on landing and the car was waiting ready to go when we got back.

my wife and I arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by friendly and very helpful staff and were taken promptly to the airport. A very good service and would recommend this parking facility to any of my friends.

The staff were helpful, thoughtful, punctual and made parking at Cardiff so easy.The van was waiting on my return and I was on the way home in minutes. The drivers have always lifted my luggage which other companies don't do. All in all I could not fault them if I tried. It's so nice to be able to give a service 10 out of 10!

No Problems. Only one small point, couldn't easily see minibus at pick up as they're parked at the far end of the drop off area away from the arrivals hall.

everything was taken care off we were late coming through customs but the bus was waiting for us no problem. a short trip back to the car then off home see you next year

Drop off at Cardiff airport very smooth and transfer coach there when we arrived back.Excellent.

The Highwaymayman staff provide a cheerful (not easy at the early hour we were there) and super efficient service. Got the holiday off to a good start and finished it nicely too.Thank you.

Clear directions to car-park. Quick and efficient check-in. Swift transfer to airport. Met on arrival and quickly returned to car. They cheerfully did exactly what they promised.

very convienient airport parking. will use every time i travel from Cardiff airport..... will spread the word.. apologies for not leaving imobiliser code. very embarassing being told my car had been pushed around...

Slightly hard to find BUT once I did we were treated fast and efficiently. When we arrived back no real wait as such.
