we have used the highwayman carpark twice now and will always use it again, it was so convenient and reliable,, thank you very much for your service

A little bit out of the way but reception,service and timing of bus to and from airport make up for this. Very pleased with experience.

Although directions were simple to follow, still managed to get lost? whoes fault is that, mine I think.

Staff were pleasant and transfer outbound was good. Some delay on inward journey due to capacity of mini bus but overall good value for money.

The place was easy to find with the very accurate milage directions. Bus was waiting to take us as soon as we arrived and we only had to wait two minutes for the bus to pick us up on return where car was waiting to go. Excellent!

The inbound sector of my flight was delayed, however, a bus was with me within 10 minutes of landing, very accomodating, will use the service again now I know how to find them.

friendly helpfull staff easy to find lost an item in the bus on the way to airport and when I returned off holidays it was in the office with a tag on it marvelous

We have used Highwayman parking for the last three years because it is so easy to use. We turn up, hand in our keys and are transported to the airport. We have no need to worry about the car whether we are away for two weeks or two months. On our return we usually find the bus waiting for us, we get in, are given our keys and the car is waiting for us when we alight from the bus. And best of all it is not expensive. It is the best car parking experience we have had and so we book almost all our flights from Cardiff although we could easily fly from Bristol or Birmingham.

satisfactory. A little bit out in country lanes but having used their services before, it wasn't aproblem for us.

We used this car park for the first time and would not hesitate to recommend it. The staff were courtious and efficient and were waiting for us upon our arrival back into Cardiff. Would definately use again.

I found the car parking facility to be very secure and the transport to and from the airport very good.I also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Would recommend Highwayman Cardiff airport parking to all my friends and family. We look forward to using them again this year.

Excellent Service - Very efficient in taking receipt of your vehicle, dropping you off at the airport and picking you up from the airport.

Chose Highwayman because of Highwayman Inn as I intended eating there. Dissappointed it was closed and will use another car park in future.

The place is off the main road but the transfer service was quick and reliable, I will use again for sure!!

I found the staff were helpful with baggage and the tranfer to airport was very quick. More important, they were waiting outside aiport on our return and we were on the way home within 10 minutes of coming out of departure area - excellent

First time using the Highwayman parking found it very good. The only draw back was we travelled in the dark as it was an early morning flight,the lanes to the Highwayman were a little disconcerting to start with, but will certainly use again if flying from Cardiff.

An excellent facility. Maybe could be expanded into offering a valet service if this is not already available.

The mini coach was waiting for me, It took just a few minutes to complete the necessary paper work and we were away, I was dropped as close to the departure doors as was possible, the luggage was carefully stored and removed by the driver. On my return, the coach was there within 3 minutes of my having left the arrivals hall and the plane was in early. Would recommend without any hesitation.

Easy to get to. Offers a prompt service and efficient handling of all aspects. Have used several times before and will continue to do so with confidence.
