We found Highwayman Parking both friendly and very helpful. The plane arrived 20mins early; they had checked arrivals and were outside waiting. We will look forward to using them again.

Had a great time in Lapland only made easy by our parking the bus was there waiting for us when we came back. on the way out the bus took us straight to departures and we were on our way. the trolly problem is a airport problem not the parking company a simple drop kerb into the car park by the busses would help. and next time my family and i will stay in the inn next to the car park if we had a early flight as we have a 1 1/2 hrs drive to the airport.

The directions to the car park were very good, it did help that we both know the area. It could be a bit daunting to others as the car park is way out in the wilds. When we arrived there were several people checking in but everyone was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

After reading other reviews I decided to find the car park the week before my holiday to make sure I wasn't going to get lost at 4am. The directions are good and I found it no problem. On the lane as I was approaching the compound the minibus was leaving with other passengers and the driver told me he'd be 5 mins. I don't think he took that long!! On arrival back home the minibus was in the car park just where they said they would be. Will definitely use in the future and will of course recommend to friends and colleagues.

After booking in at the car park that only took a couple of minutes, we transported to the airport right away. On our return the bus was waiting at the airport and we were transferred to the car park within minutes. Very good service, which I would recommend to anyone.

We found the parking excellent, excellent service no delays on returning to our car, we were a bit worried about finding car park after reading comments on internet, no problems good directions given and well sign posted, found it straight away. We would highly recommend this car park and definatly use this car park again as our first choice.

Well impressed with the service, didn't have to wait for the transport to the airport on arrival and transport back on our arrival back in Uk was waiting for us. although some people had to wait as there were more than could fit in the bus, but even so it wasn't for that long. Also the Highwayman offer a valeting service, and I wish we had used that now. All in all a very good service provided.

Within 2 minutes of arriving at Highwayman Parking, we were on our way to the airport. On arrival back at the airport, our transport was waiting for us to take us back to our car with car keys ready and waiting. Excellent service.

The service is good, but for the outward journey we had to wait whilst the transfer coach left for the airport with only 8 passengers. On our return we were lucky enough to get on the coach straight away, but didn't envy the passengers who had to wait for the coach to return to the airport. Not what you would want at the end of a long flight.

Check in was done very quickly and they also checked out flight times for when we arrived back at the airport. When we arrived back our driver was waiting there for us and dropped us off right by our vehicle Very good service and would defenitly use again

Felt more secure than onsite - and staff more helpful. Unlike other off-site parking (which is also good) don't have to ring to be picked up from terminal - they were there as promised! Will definitely use again.

The service exceeded my expectations - smooth transfer to airport, and as they monitored the flights we didn't have to wait at all to be picked up on our return. They have a valet service - we didn't use it this time, but will next time. Would definitely recommend the Highwayman!

Found the service excellent. On our return the minibus was waiting outside the terminal exactly where they said they would be. The car park was extremely good and we were returned to the boot of our car so we did not have far to move the luggage. They were extremely polite and efficient and I would readily use them again.

Very good service - we were taken straight to airport and guided as to where we would be picked up. On return the minibus was already waiting. The parking facilities were very good and we would definitely rebook with them.

The directions to the parking were OK, but the addition of mentioning "DUCKS CROSSING" would have assured me I was still on the right road. Hope this will be helpful to other clients.

Although, we were a little unsure if we were on the right track for the car park, we did actually find it with the instructions and check in was promptly and efficiently dealt with by two members of staff, one did the paperwork, while the other put all our luggage into the minibus without even being asked! We were at the airport doors within minutes and our driver showed us exactly where he would be waiting upon our return, assuring us that it wouldn't matter if our flight was late as they received uptodate info on the daily flights. This was just as well, as our flight was 2 hours late on the day concerned. Wearily leaving the airport, we were very pleased to see the Highwayman minibus waiting and the cheerful driver greeting us. We were in our car within minutes of leaving the airport. In all honesty, I found this carparking company to be the best I have used. The staff cannot be praised highly enough for their efficiency and politeness. Hope they keep it up. If anyone is dithering whether to use off airport car parking my advice is don't, just think how much easier it is to be ferried right to the airport entrance with ones heavy luggage, together with not having to find a parking space miles away from the entrance and then trying to find it again on return.

Excellent service and a great price too! Simple to book and no fuss when you get home. Pick up was there on time. What more can you ask?

The staff at the Highwayman are always willing to help and happy to take and return calls. For instance, I was due in on an Air Wales flight that was cancelled and chose to hire a car and drive from Glasgow to Cardiff. I arrived at 5 am at Cardiff Airport, called the Highwayman office expecting to have to wait for a couple of hours until their normal work started. I received a call back within 5 minutes and they were there for me straight away.

Compared to airport on-site parking, the value is really first class. I will certainly use Highwayman Parking again.

Excellent service. I will continue to use the Highwayman at all times.
