The transfer to the airport was very good, but a couple of negative points: firstly we had to wait at the airport in the minibus for 35 minutes for some other passengers on another flight which was delayed. Secondly the carpet in the driver’s side of the car was quite muddy from being driven from their compound to the collection point.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and punctual. The only down side was that the parking is not that easy to find, and is probably 10 mins from airport, so fine for longer stay, but not such brill value for overnight or a couple of days.

Seemed to be very crowded. Not known in which compound the car was parked. The car was collected from the adjacent pub car park - no visible security there. Staff very polite and helpful. Two minibuses waiting at arrivals for our flight - landed 12.05am. No vehicles from other car parks to be seen. (Wet and windy October night)

We landed after midnight so waiting around for a pick-p was not wanted - and we disn't have to - the minibus was waiting and the driver hadd all details coverd.

We were late arriving at the car park, due to my misreading the directions. I was a bit anxious about this, but the man was expectiing us, and "whipped us away" very quickly, taking a short-cut to the airport. he was very friendly, and re-assuring that he would get us there in plenty of time, and not at all put out that we were 45 mins or so later than expected.

Parking was excellent and transfers very smooth. They have improved tremendously and have more transfer vehicles cutting down the waiting time in either direction.

Apart from the narrowness of the lanes to get to the Highwaymen, which is hardly their fault, the experience was good. If you are returning on a flight due just before midnight and book direct with Highwaymen, they will not surcharge you if it is late

I shopped around for airport parking at Cardiff, as I'd never flown from there before and therefore had no experience of the available parking services. The price was reasonable in comparison to the competition, and having read some reviews from previous customers, I was happy to book with Highwayman Parking. The staff were professional and helpful, the courtesy buses were prompt, and its proximity to the airport makes it very convenient. We had a problem with an item of our luggage being lost by the airline, and therefore had to fill out some paperwork at customer services upon our arrival back at Cardiff Airport. I explained this to the driver of our courtesy bus, and he was good enough and patient enough to wait while we did the necessary form-filling. Overall, my experience of Highwayman Parking was a very positive one, and I'd happily recommend their service to other travellers.

The site was easy to find, the staff were helpful and the transfer to the airport was speedy. The coach was waiting outside Arrivals when we got back, it left with us immediately, and when we got back to the site we were in our car and away in just a couple of minutes.

I have used the Highwayman Parking facilities on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the service to and from the Airport.

Although it appears that the car park is in the middle of nowhere it is not difficult to find and the directions are very accurate. The staff are really helpful when meeting you and are very organised, so you have full faith in them. There is a pub next door to the Highwayman where you can have breakfast, should you wish, before heading off to the airport. The minibuses are great and the staff load your cases onto them. The best bit is getting off the plane, however delayed you've been, and knowing that the Highwayman minibus will be there to meet you. That is just wonderful. I've used the service several times and have been more than happy every time. For an extra fee, they'll even valet your car for you while you're away. I would recommend the Highwayman to anyone and have recommended it to all my friends.

A simple to use service with the minimum of hassle and quick transfers to and from the airport. Good value for money too!

Cheapest rates of all the car parks. Staff friendly and efficient, was waiting for us when we landed to take us straight to our car. Will use again.

I was a little unsure of what to expect but everything ran like clockwork. The early start with the family was made easier by The Highwayman staff. I will use them again.

Generally a good experience and staff were helpful. Before leaving home make sure you have a good copy of the location map to hand.

The car park was easy to find following the supplied information. On arrival at the car park our luggage was loaded promptly into the coach and we were on our way to the airport in minutes. On our return the coach was waiting outside the terminal and the driver handed over my car keys and we were on our way to the car park within minutes where the car had been readied for us to leave.Quick and efficient service.

Staff were very effiecient and friendly, this is the second time that we have used The Highwayman and we shall continue doing so, keep up the excellent work :)
