Not pull along bag friendly on most of the carpark. Bit disconcerting to see broken glass in carpark. we couldn't find our ticket on return but the driver fixed it for us straight away. No complaints. Thankyou for looking after our car whilst away

For a very reasonable price, easily arranged on the computer, we found the place no bother thanks to the excellent directions, left the car and hopped on a bus to the airport. On our return there was a bus waiting to take us back to the car - couldn't have been easier! Would definately use them again and reccommend to others.

As expected for the money. I think in the busy summer months however, finding a space could prove a challange. Some of the parking was haphazard to say the least.

Airparks Glasgow is one of the best off-Site car park I have used. The facilities are excellent, the transfer is only minutes away and the car park itself is well maintained. Unfortunately they misplaced my car keys. After denying they had them they found them after about 30 minutes search. Apart from that a very good car park.

Only criticism is time had to sit on coach waiting to be taken to and from airport. This wouldn't put me of from using Airparks again and you are advised to leave up to 40 minutes when checking in to get to airport.

I actually thought I was booking a different airport parking until after I booked, my mistake! Glad I did though, it was only 5mins away from where I thought I was booking, easy to find, as described. Staff very friendly despite working a Sat night, lets face it, nobody wants to work a Sat night.... Bus was already sitting when we arrived, we were offered to have the car parked for us for an extra £5, or for an extra £20 the car would be at the airport on our arrival, this I must say I don't mind paying for the convenience. The bus waited for us, at the airport the driver showed us where the car would be after our return, he also loaded/unloaded our luggage with a smile, never had that before. Upon our return the car was sitting exactly as described with one of their staff waiting for us. Very impressed with service and will certainly use again...

I found that the pick up at airport was overly complicated, first you hand your card to driver, then he has to confirm your identity, then he has to go round finding the owners of the cards in order that he can hand them back. This is very time consuming. Surely there must be a simpler method of dealing with this.

When we arrived at the car park it took approximately 5 minutes to check in. Another 10 minutes and we were being transferred to the airport. the driver was very helpful, lifting passengers luggage. When we came home we rang the quick dial number and were told the bus was already at the sirport waiting for us. The whole process was very quick, no waiting around. Patience can be hard to come by in the early hours of the morning so it's always a bonus when none is needed. I would definitely use them again.
