Everything went to plan. The staff were freindly and helpful. The terminal and coaches were very clean and tidy. Only ony thing, because our luggage was delayed ever so slightly we missed our transfer but the next one was only a short wait. Overall, good value for money.
I was more than happy with the service I got from airparks Glasgow and would have no hesitation in both using the service again and recommending it to others.
No problems, everything ran smooth as expected and staff were friendly and helpfull.
Was very easy to find with the directions given at booking.Staff were very friendly and polite and was able to find a parking space quickly.Transfers to and from the airport were ontime on clean buses. Will be using Airparks again and would tell friends to do so also.
excellent service my car was waiting on me at glasgow airport as soon as i arrived alllowing me home before rush hour
In less than 15 minutes I had parked the car and was on the shuttle bus to the airport. Cant ask for much more
Only negative point my husband had was when returning to collect his car he found the arrows confusing in exiting the car park.
there was a bus there right away to take you to the airport and when we arrived back there was a bus there to take us to the carpark.
On arrival I was given the choice - pay £5 and the car would be parked for me, otherwise I would have to go and park it myself. I chose to park myself and keep ignition key even although they indicated that I would have to wait for the next bus to the airport. I rushed and parked the car. The carpark is obviously being redeveoped and the parking area was not tarred or parking spaces marked or numbered. I hurriedly parked and ran to the office and managed to catch the bus. On our return, I was dropped by the office and was told to get my car and then follow the arrows to near the exit where I could pick up my wife and luggage. This was I think after 10pm on a winter's evening with a temperature of perhaps -5 degrees to -10 degrees. I immediatly started the car and the spent about 10 minutes clearing the ice from the car windows. Eventually I drove round the carpark, which was not well light or well signposted and found my wife cold and woried where I had been. Obviously the carpark is in the middle of redevelopment, but I was relieved to get out and on my way home. One thing I do like is parking parking the car myself and keeping the ignition key. J Smith
I elected to take the basic parking facility and found it very good. I returned just after midnight and was picked up straight away. I found my way out of the car park but thought there could have been some more "way out" signs.
Really happy with the smooth and pleasant transfers. The staff were really helpful and friendly.I will use your service again
Had no problems with this car park. The only point I would mention is the layout of the car park was rather confusing, especially when returning for our car as my husband had parked it in the dark on arrival and found it rather difficult to find it on our return from holiday 2 weeks later.- (remember where you park it and bay number).
Check in was ok, after the car was parked it was a bit of a walk back for the bus, other than that it was great value for money and the transfer were very good.Would definately use this car park again.
All went smoothly. On return to car, had a flat battery. Staff at the park were very helpful and provided a jump start.
the car park was an average priced one, could have been closer to airport, once arrived, asked if wanted to leave my keys with them for a further fee,not doing so i then had to park the car myself 200 yards away in the carpark, keeping in mind i had to collect car from the same spot on my return at 1am in the dark of night. have used other carparks not appreciating how good they were. will not be using this one in a hurry
I was very disappointed with the new "self park" situation introduced by Airparks. To have to find your own parking space in their vast car park and then walk all the way back to the transfer bus and then repeat this process in reverse on your return is ridiculous. All to save them money. I note that no reduction to their charges has been forthcoming to the customer since we last used their facility and to be honest doubt we will use them again in the future.
Airparks is situated about5 mins from the airport and is really easy to find. The reception area is well laid out and the staff were very helpfull. I opted to park my own car which was hastle free... for a fee you can have your car parked for you and valeted on your return. The waiting arear is modern and clean with toilet facilities. Transfers went smoothly without any hastle. Carpark is well light and security seemed pretty good. Will be using them again.Top Marks !!
Good service...no issues. You are given a contact number for the courtesy coach which arrived promptly and the car park was secure and not too far from the airport. I would recommend Airparks
I have used airpark in previous years and thought the sevice was excellent. But if I had known when I booked the car in this year that we would have to park the car and retrieve the car on our return I would not have booked it in. We arrived back at night and was pouring with rain and was soaked by the time we left for our journey home. Will not be using this car park again....
We used the glasgow airport site and would have no hesitation in using this facility again. Excellent no fuss service
